Description
垂直電荷転送装置214は、図示しない垂直転送チャネルと該垂直転送チャネル上方に、絶縁膜(図示せず)を挟んで形成される転送電極が光電変換素子212の間隙を蛇行するように水平方向に形成されている。
Claims (2)
- 2次元状に配列される多数の画素と、
前記各画素に対応して配列される緑色カラーフィルタと赤色カラーフィルタと青色カラーフィルタとを含むカラーフィルタであって、前記緑色カラーフィルタは、正方或いは直方格子点上に配置され、垂直方向に1ライン置きに、第1、第3、第5、第7の水平ラインを構成し、前記赤色カラーフィルタと青色カラーフィルタは、第1、第3、第5、第7の水平ライン間のそれぞれに、2つ一組の青色カラーフィルタと2つ一組の赤色カラーフィルタとが交互に配列される第2の水平ラインと、前記第2の水平ラインとは異なる順序で、2つ一組の青色カラーフィルタと2つ一組の赤色カラーフィルタとが交互に配列される第4の水平ラインと、前記第2の水平ラインと空間位相が180度異なるように2つ一組の青色カラーフィルタと2つ一組の赤色カラーフィルタとが交互に配列される第6の水平ラインと、前記第4の水平ラインと空間位相が180度異なるように2つ一組の青色カラーフィルタと2つ一組の赤色カラーフィルタとが交互に配列される第8の水平ラインとを構成するカラーフィルタと、
加算の空間的組み合わせを加算後の前記第1、第3、第5、第7の水平ライン間で空間位相が180度異なるようにするとともに、加算後の第2及び第4の水平ラインと第6及び第8の水平ラインとの間で空間位相が180度異なるように水平方向に隣接する同一色の2画素の信号を加算する水平加算手段と
を有する固体撮像装置。 - 2次元状に配列される多数の画素と、
前記各画素に対応して配列される緑色カラーフィルタと赤色カラーフィルタと青色カラーフィルタとを含むカラーフィルタであって、前記緑色カラーフィルタ、前記赤色カラーフィルタ、青色カラーフィルタは、交互に水平ラインを構成し、前記赤色カラーフィルタと青色カラーフィルタは、前記緑色カラーフィルタに対して、空間位相が180度異なるように配列されるカラーフィルタと、
加算の空間的組み合わせを加算後の同一色の水平ライン間で空間位相が180度異なるように水平方向に隣接する同一色の2画素の信号を加算する水平加算手段と
を有する固体撮像装置。
