Abstract
L'invention porte sur un capteur d'images à semi-conducteurs comprenant des éléments récepteurs de lumière disposés sous forme de matrice sur une surface réceptrice de lumière de façon à générer une énergie photoélectrique en fonction de l'intensité de lumière reçue, et un émetteur qui lit les sorties photoélectriques provenant des éléments récepteurs de lumière de façon à ajouter les sorties photoélectriques à chaque bloc de pixels formés sur la surface réceptrice de lumière et émettre la somme en sortie. Le capteur d'images à semi-conducteurs se caractérise en ce que chaque bloc de pixels possède un groupe de N éléments récepteurs de lumière (N ≥ 2) dans le sens des colonnes de l'agencement en matrice, les blocs de pixels des colonnes paires étant décalés d'une demi-phase de ceux des colonnes impaires.
