Abstract
본 발명에는 일반식(I)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 및 일반식(II)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트 뿐만아니라 약제학적으로 혀용되는 이의 염이 기술되어 있다.
상기식에서, m은 7 또는 8이다.
이들 화합물은 암의 성장 및/ 또는 전이 억제용 약학제로서 유용하다.
Description
본 발명은 신규한 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀, 신규한 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트, 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염, 이들의 제조방법 및 암의 성장 및/또는 전이 억제용 약제에 관한 것이다.
일본에서, 암은 여러 가지 질병 가운데서도 가장 큰 사망 원인으로 작용하는 질병이다. 또한, 최근의 통계에 따르면, 암으로 인한 사망자 수가 해마다 증가하고 있다. 이의 원인에 대한 견해로는 여러 가지가 있으나, 암 치료를 위한 새로운 방법의 즉각적인 확립이 절실히 요망되고 있다.
지금까지, 외과적 수술, 방사선 요법 및 화학 요법 단독의 또는 이들의 조합 방법을 포함하는, 다양한 암 치료 방법이 시도되어 왔다. 특히, 외과적 수술이 1차 암(primary cancer)을 제거하는데 매우 효과적이긴 하나, 당해 외과적 수술은 수술이 불가능한 기관의 암 및 종양 전이가 시작된 암의 경우에는 효과적이지 못하다. 방사선 요법 및 화학 요법은 기관의 수술 불가능한 1차 암 또는 전이성 암에 종종 적용된다. 그러나, 당해 두 요법은 정상 세포를 손상시켜 면역 기능, 물질대사 기능 및 혈액 생성 기능의 저하와 같은 바람직하지 않은 부작용을 발생시킴으로써 적용 범위가 제한되는 경향이 있다. 신체의 특정 부위에서의 암 성장이 방사선 요법 또는 화학 요법에 의해 성공적으로 억제되긴 하지만, 다른 부위에서의 전이성 암의 성장은 종종 환자의 사망을 초래할 수 있다.
많은 보고서들이 암의 성장 및 전이를 억제하는 활성을 갖는 라세미체, 즉 2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 화합물이 유기체에 대해 낮은 부작용을 나타낸다고 언급하고 있다(참조: 일본국 특허공보 제92-52251호, 일본국 공개특허공보 제90-11513호, 일본국 공개특허 제90-25415 및 문헌[참조: Cancer Letters, 1991, vol. 57, 159-163]. 그러나, 이들 화합물도 암 치료제로서 만족스럽지는 못하다.
이러한 상황에서, 기존 화합물에 비해 유기체에 대한 부작용이 적고 암의 성장 또는 전이에 대한 억제 활성이 강한 화합물이 개발이 계속적으로 요망되어 왔다.
한 양태에서, 본 발명은 일반식(I)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로 폴리프레놀, 및 일반식(II)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 제공한다.
상기식에서, m은 7 또는 8이다.
다른 양태에서, 본 발명은 일반식(III)의 폴리프레놀의 2-위치의 이중결합을 비대칭적적으로 환원시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
상기식에서, m은 7 또는 8이다.
비대칭적 환원에는 폴리프레놀의 2-위치의 이중결합을 선택적으로 환원시킬 수 있는 모든 반응 제제를 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 비대칭적 환원에는 촉매로서 수소 스트림 중의 비대칭 루테늄-포스핀 착물을 사용하는 반응이 포함된다. 비대칭 루테늄-포스핀 착물에는 Ru((R)-BINAP)2(O2Ct-Bu)2, Ru((R)-BINAP)(O2CPh)2, Ru((R)-BINAP)(O2CCH3), Ru((R)-BINAP)(O2CCF3), 등이 포함되나, Ru((R)-BINAP)(O2CCH3), 및 Ru((R)-BINAP)(O2CCF3)가 바람직하다. 촉매 대 폴리프레놀의 몰 비는 1/100 내지 1/50000이다. 수소압은 20 내지 150기압이다. 반응은 실온 내지 100℃의 온도에서, 바람직하게는 실온에서 수행한다. 반응에 사용할 수 있는 용매에는 알코올 용매(예 : 메탄올, 에탄올 등) 및 용매와 할로겐화 용액(예 : 메틸렌 클로라이드, 클로로포름)와의 혼합 용매가 포함된다.
또 다른 양태에서, 본 발명은 일반식(I)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀을 포스포릴화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(II)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
상기식에서, m은 7 또는 8이다.
포스포릴화는 통상적인 방법으로, 예를 들어, 피리딘의 존재하에 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀을 옥시염화인과 반응시킨 다은, 반응 생성물을 부분적으로 가수분해시키는 방법으로 수행할 수 있다. 폴리프레놀을 옥시염화인과 반응시켜 중간 생성물인 디클로로포스페이트를 생성시키는 반응에서는, 트리매탈아민, 트리에틸아민, 피리딘 등을 포함하는 염기성 화합물을 사용할 수 있다. 반응에 사용할 수 있는 용매에는 에테르 용액(예 : 디에틸 에테르, 1,4-디옥산 에테르, 1,4-디옥산, 테트라하이드로푸란, 1,2-디메톡시에탄 등) 및 탄화수소 용매(예 : 펜탄, 헥산, 헵탄 등 )가 포함된다. 반응은 통상적으로 -10 내지 10℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행된다. 후속적인 가수ㅡ분해는 디클로로포스페이트를 합유하는 반응 용액에 트리메틸아민, 트리에틸아민 또는 피리딘을 함유하는 물을 가함으로써 용이하게 수행된다.
필요할 경우, 상기에서 제조한 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트를 본 발명의 범주에 포함되는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염으로 전환시킬 수 있다. 예를 들어, (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트의 칼륨, 나트륨, 칼슘 및 암모늄 염을 언급할 수 있다.
일반식(I)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 및 일반식(II)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트는 상으하는 공지된 (±)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 화합물이 효능을 나타내지 못하는 낮은 투여량에서도 암의 성장 및 전이에 대해 매우 효능있는 억제 활성을 나타내며, 이러한 사실은 하기 실시예에서의 동물 실험을 통해 증명된다.
이와 같이, 다른 양태에서, 본 발명은 활성 성분으로서 일반식(I)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리플레놀, 일반식(II)의(S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 포함하는, 엄의 성장 및/ 또는 전이를 억제하기 위한 약제를 제공한다.

본 발명의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 및 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트는 하나 이상 동물 세포의 배양 시스템에 가하는 경우, 세포 표면 과당류 구조를 변경시키며, 암의 성장 및 전이에 대한 억제 활성은 이러한 세포 표면 과당류 구조에 대한 영향을 나타내는 것으로 추정된다. 암의 성장 및 전이에 대한 억제 활성에 대한 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 및 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트의 이러한 작용 메카니즘은 가설이며, 이러한 활성은 이들 화합물의 다른 메카니즘에 의해서도 생성될 수 있다.
한편, 놀랍게도, 하기 실시예에서 나타내는 바와 같이. (±)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 화합물을 구성하는 광학 이성체 중의 하나인 (R)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 화합물, 즉 일반식(I') 및 (II')의 화합물은 성장 및 전이를 촉진하는 작용을 갖는다.

(S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 및 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트가 상응하는 (±)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 화합물 보다 암의 성장 및 전이에 대해 효능있는 억제 활성을 나타내는 이유는 반대 작용을 하는 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 화합물의 영향이 제거된데 있는 것으로 사료된다.
(S)-2,3-디하이드로 폴리프레놀 및 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트는 독성이 극히 낮다. 예를 들어, 상기 모든 화합물에 대한 마우스 체내에서의 급성 독성 시험 결과는 이들 화합물이 마우스에 복막내 투여되는 경우 LD50이 2g/kg 이상임을 나타낸다.
본 발명의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 및 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트는 다양한 종류의 악성 종양, 암종(carcinoma) 또는 암(예 : 위암, 폐암, 식도암, 소장암, 직장암, 자궁암, 방광암, 피부암, 흑색종, 간암, 췌장암, 유방암, 뇌종양, 임파종 등)의 성장 및/ 또는 전이를 억제하는데 유용하다.
활성 성분, 즉 (S)-2,3-폴리프레놀 및 폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트는 통상적으로 정제, 캡슐제, 산제, 입제, 주사제, 유제, 현탁제 등의 다양한 약제학적 제제의 형태로 경구 또는 비경구적으로, 예를 들어, 피하내 또는 정맥내 투여될 수 있다 약제학적 제제를 제형화시킴에 있어서, 비히클, 안정화제, 항미생물제, 방부제, 용해제, 습윤제, 유화제, 윤활제, 감미제, 착색제, 향미제, 강장제, 완충제, 산화방지제 등과 같은 통상적인 첨가제를 사용할 수 있다.
투여량은 투여 양태 및 경로; 암의 종류; 환자의 연령, 성별 및 체중; 증상의 특성 및 정도; 동반 치료의 종류; 치료 빈도 등에 따라 달라질 것이다. 통상적으로 성인의 경우 활성 성분의 1일 투여량은, 경구 투여의 경우, 약 0.1 내지 100㎎ 이상일 수 있고, 비경구 투여의 경우에는, 약 0.01 내지 10㎎ 이상일 수 있다.
본 발명의 화합물은 단일 활성 성분으로서 이들 화합물을 포함하는 약제의 형태로 암 치료제로서 사용될 수 있거나, 또는 기타의 공지된 암 치료제와의 혼합물로서 사용될 수 있다. 다르게는, 이들 화합물은 외과적 치료, 방사선 요법 등과 함께 사용될 수 있다. 모든 경우에, 암치료 효과가 증가되어, 그 결과로서 수명이 연장된다.
본 발명은 하기의 비제한적인 실시예에 의해 추가로 예시된다.
[실시예 1]
(S)-2,3-디하이드로솔란솔[화합물(I) : 일반식(I)의 화합물(m=7)
산소-비함유 메틸렌 클로라이드(13.2㎖)/메탄올(52.8㎖) 중의 솔란솔[일반식(III)의 화합물(m=7)](15.0g, 23.8mmol)용액을 아르곤 스트림 속에서 200㎖들이 오토클레이브 내에 충전시킨 다음, Ru((R)-BINAP)(O2CCH3)2(20.0㎎, 23.8μmol)를 가한다. 혼합물을 30㎏/㎠의 수소압하에 실온에서 22시간 동안 교반한다. 용매를 증류 제거한 후, 잔사를 실리카 겔 크로마토그래피(용출제 : 10% 에틸 아세테이트/헥산)로 젱제하여 표제 화합물 14.9g을 수득한다.

생성된 화합물(1)을 존스(Jones) 산화에 의해 카복실산으로 전환시킨 다음, 이를 (S)-(-)1-(1-나프틸)에틸아민과 반응시켜 아미드를 생성시킨다. 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피[컬럼 : 뉴클레오실(Nucleosil) 50-5, 4.6x250㎜, 용매 : 헥산/에틸 아세테이트(9 : 1), 1.5㎖/분; 검출 254㎚]로 부분입체이성체를 분할하고 분석한다. (S)-2,3-디하이드로솔란솔로부터 유도된 부분입체이성체의 피크는 약 16분에서 검출되고, (R)-2,3-디하이드로솔란솔로부터 유도된 부분입체이성체의 피크는 약 12분에서 검출한다. 화합물(1)의 광학 순도는 95.5%(오차 제외)인 것으로 밝혀졌다.
[실시예 2]
(S)-2,3-디하이드로데카프레놀[화합물(2) : 일반식(I)의 화합물(m=8)
실시예 1의 방법과 유사한 방법으로, 데카프레놀[일반식(III)의 화합물(m=8)로부터 표제 화합물을 제조한다.

[실시예 3]
(S)-2,3-디하이드로솔란실 모노포스페이트[화합물(3) : 일반식(I)의 화합물(m=7)
테트라하이드로푸란(25㎖) 중 (S)-2,3-디하이드로솔란솔[화합물(1): 2.50g, 3.9mmol] 및 트리에틸아민(0.80㎖, 5.9mmol)의 용액을 빙냉하에 교반하면서 20분에 걸쳐 옥시염화인(2.6㎖, 27mmol)에 적가한다. 이어서, 같은 온도에서 2시간 동안 계속 교반한다. 반응 용액을 농축시키고, 잔사를 디에틸 에테르(25㎖)와 혼합한 다음, 혼합물을 실온에서 1.5시간 동안 교반한다. 불용성 물질을 제거한 후, 농축된 잔사를 테트라하이드로푸란(25㎖)에 용해시키고 용액을 트리에틸아민(10㎖)을 함유하는 빙수(100㎖)에 부은 다음, 1시간 동안 교반한다. 10% 염산을 사용하여 용액을 산성으로 만들고 이소프로필 에테르로 추출한다, 유기 상을 물로 세척하고, 황산마그네슘(무수)으로 건조시킨 다음, 농축시킨다. 잔사에 메탄올(80㎖) 및 옥타데실실산(5g)을 가하고 혼합물을 실온에서 10분동안 교반한다. 옥타데실실란(5g)을 여과제거한후, 농축된 잔사를 메탄올로부터 결정화시켜 표제 화합물 2.10g을 수득한다.

[참조실시예 3]
(R)-2,3-디하이드로솔라네실 모노포스페이트[화합물(9) : 일반식(II')의 화합물(m=7)]
테트라하이드로푸란(25㎖) 중 (R)-2,3-디하이드로솔라솔[화합물(7) : 2.50g, 3.9mmol] 및 트리에틸아민(0.08㎖, 5.9mmol)의 용액을 빙냉하에 교반하면서 20분 동안 옥시염화인(2.6㎖, 27mmol)에 적가한다. 이어서, 같은 온도에서 2시간 동안 교반을 계속한다. 반응 용액을 농축시키고, 잔사를 디에틸 에테르(25㎖)와 혼합한 다음, 혼합물을 실온에서 1.5시간 동안 교반한다. 불용성 물질을 제거한 후, 농축된 잔사를 테트라하이드로푸란(25㎖)에 용해시키고 용액을 트리에틸아민(10㎖)을 함유하는 빙수(100㎖)에 부은 다음, 1시간 동안 교반한다. 10% 염산을 사용하여 용액을 산성으로 만든 다음, 이소프로필 에테르로 추출한다. 유기 상을 물로 세척하고, 황산마그네슘(무수)으로 건조시킨 다음, 농축시킨다. 잔사에 메탄올(80㎖) 및 옥타데실실란(5g)을 가하고 혼합물을 실온에서 10분 동안 교반한다. 옥타데실실란(5g)을 여과제거한 후, 농축된 잔사를 메탄올로부터 재결정화시켜 표제 화합물 2.24g을 수득한다.

[실시예 5]
본 발명의 화합물(2) 및 (4)뿐만 아니라 선행 기술 분야의 (±)-2,3-디하이드로데카프레놀[화합물(5)] 및 (±)-2,3-디하이드로데카프레닐 모노포스페이트[화합물(6)]를 마우스 체내에서의 정맥내 이식된 종양 세포의 폐동맥 전이에 대한 이들 화합물의 억제 활성을 알아보기 위해 실험한다.
시험동물 : 숫컷 C57BL/6 마우스(생후 6주된 것)
종양 세포 : 고도의 전이성 흑색종 세포, B16-F10
시험 방법 : 8 x 104개의 B26-F10 흑색종 세포를 마우스의 꼬리 정맥안으로 이식한다. 화합물(2), (4), (5) 또는 (6)을 함유하는 오일성 유액을 꼬리 정맥에 이식하기 전날, 이식한 날 및 이식한 다음날의 3회에 걸쳐 투여한다. 오일성 유액은 대두유 10%, 대두 레시틴 1.2%, 글리세롤 2,5% 및 적당량의 화합물 (2), (4), (5) 또는 (6)을 포함한다, 비교를 위해. 위의 화합물을 함유하지 않는 오일성 유액을 마우스에 투여한다. 이식 후 14일째 되는 날, 마우스를 폐사시키고 각각의 마우스에 대해 폐 표면에 생성된 전이성 결절의 수를 센다. 각 그룹당 9 내지 13 마리의 동물을 사용한다.

[실시예 6]
본 발명의 화합물(2), (4), (5) 및 (6)뿐만 아니라 선행 기술의 (R)-2,3-디하이드로데카프레닐 모노포스페이트[화합물(10)]를 마우스의 발바닥에 생성된 종양의 폐동맥 전이에 대한 당해 화합물의 억제 효과를 알아보기 위해 시험한다.
사용된 동물 및 종양 세포는 실시예 5에서 사용된 것과 동일한다.
시험 방법 : 4 x 105개의 B16-F10 흑색종 세포를 마우스의 좌측 뒷다리 발바닥에 이식시킨다. 이식 후, 마우스를 14일간 방치시켜 이식된 부위에 종양을 생성시킨다. 화합물(2), (4), (5), (6) 또는(10)을 함유하는 오일성 유액을 이식후 15일부터 27일 사이에 격일로 7회에 걸쳐 마우스의 우측 옆구리에 피하내 투여한다. 이식 후 28일째 되는 날, 좌측 뒷다리를 절제하고, 42일째 되는 날에는 마우스를 폐사시킨 다음, 각각의 마우스에 대해 폐 표면에 생성된 전이성 결정의 결절의 수를 센다. 각 그룹당 10 내지 14마리의 동물을 사용한다.

표 2의 데이터는, 본 발명의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀[화합물 (4) 및 (2)]이, 선행 기술의 (±)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀[화합물 (6) 및 (5)]이 효능을나타내지 않는 투여량에서 발바닥에 생성된 종양의 폐동맥 전이를 현저하게 억제함을 나타낸다. (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀[화합물(10)]은 효능을 나타낸다. (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀 화합물(10)은 상응하는 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀[화합물(4)]과는 대조적으로 종양의 폐동맥 전이를 촉진시킨다.
[실시예 7]
누드 마우스의 대퇴골에 생성된 사람의 폐 암종 세포-유도된 종양의 임파절 전이에 대한 본 발명의 화합물(4)의 억제 효과를 시험한다.
시험동물 : 숫컷 KSN 누드 마우스(생후 5주된 것)
종양 세포 : 사람의 폐 암종 세포, AOI
시험 방법 : 8 x 105개의 AOI 암종 세포를 누드 마우스의 우측 대퇴골에 피내 이식한다. 이식된 부위에 생성된 종양의 평균 직경이 약 9.5㎜에 달하면, 화합물(4)을 함유하는 오일성 유액을 피하내 투여(매주 3회)하기 시작한다. 5주의 투여기간후, 마우스를 폐사시키고, 우측 서혜 임파절에서의 빈도를 조사한다. 각 그룹당 13마리의 동물을 사용한다.

표 3의 데이터는, 본 발명의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐[화합물(4)]이 누드 마우스의 대퇴골에 생성된 사람의 페 암종 세포-유도된 종양의 임파절 전이를 억제함을 나타낸다.
[실시예 8]
마우스 면역계의 항종양 활성에 대한 본 발명의 화합물 (4), (6) 및 (10)의 효과를 시험한다.
사용된 동물 및 종양 세포는 실시예 5에 사용된 것과 동일하다.
시험 방법: 화합물 (4), (6) 또는 (10)을 함유하는 오일성 유액을 격일로 7회에 걸쳐 마우스에게 복막내 투여한다. 최종 투여한 다음 날, 5×104개의 B16-F10 흑생종 세포를 마우스의 우측 옆구리에 피하내 이식한다. 이식 후 11일째 되는 날, 이식된 부위에 생성된 종양의 평균 직경[(가장 긴 직경 + 가장 짧은 직경) ×1/2]을 측정한다. 각 그룹당 10 내지 15마리의 동물을 사용한다.

표 4의 데이터는, 본 발명의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀[화합물(4)]이, 상응하는 (±)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀[화합물(6)]이 효능을 나타내지 않는 투여량에서 마우스 면역계 항종양 활성을 증진시키고 종양 성장을 억제하는 상당한 효과가 있음을 보여준다. (R)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀[화합물(10)]은 상응하는 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀[화합물(4)]과는 대조적으로 마우스 면역계의 항종양 활성을 감소시키고 종양 성장을 촉진시킨다.
하기 실시예는 본 발명의 화합물의 대표적인 약제학적 제재를 예시한다.
경구 투여용 연질 캡슐제
(S)-2,3-디하이드로데카프레닐 모노포스페이트(4)(50g)와 폴리에틸렌 글리콜[마크로골(Macrogoal) 400](130g)을 혼합하여 균질한 용액을 제조한다. 이와는 별도로, 젤라틴(93g), 글리세롤(19g), D-소르비톨(10g), 에틸 파라-하이드록시벤조에이트(0.4g), 프로필 파라-하이드록시벤조에이트(0.2g) 및 산화티탄(0.4g)을 포함하는 젤라틴 용액을 제조한다. 젤라틴 용액을 캡슐 피복제로서 사용하여 수동 조작되는 평판 펀칭 공정에 따라 함량이 190㎎인 연질 캡슐제를 제조한다.
[주사제]
대두유(50g), 대두 레시틴(6g), 글리세롤(12.5g) 및 (S)-2,3-디하이드로데카프레닐 모노포스페이트(4)(2.5g)를 혼합하고 혼합물을 50 내지 60℃로 가열하여 용해시킨 다음, 여기에 증류수(250㎖)를 가한다. 용액을 혼합기를 사용하여 균질화시켜 조악한 유액을 제조한다. 조악한 유액에 증류수를 가하여 총량이 500㎖가 되게 한다. 조악한 유액을 유액용 만톤-가울린(Manton-Geulin)형 고압 탱크에 충전시킨 다음, 순환시켜 균질한 오일성 유액을 제조한다. 오일성 유액을 멸균 조건하에서 1cc들이 앰플에 분배한 다음, 앰플을 용융 밀봉시킨다.
Claims (6)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀.상기식에서, m은 7 또는 8이다.
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.상기식에서, m은 7 또는 8이다.
- 알코올 용매 또는 알코올 용매의 할로겐화 용매와의 혼합 용매속에서 20 내지 150기압의 수소압 및 실온 내지 100℃의 온도에서 수소 스트림 중의 비대칭 루테늄-포스핀 촉매를 사용하고 당해 촉매 대 일반식(III)의 폴리프레놀의 몰 비를 1/100 내지 1/50000로 하여, 일반식(III)의 폴리프레놀의 2-위치의 이중결합을 비대칭적으로 환원시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, m은 7 또는 8이다.
- 일반식(I)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀을 포스포릴화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(II)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, m은 7 또는 8이다.
- 활성 성분으로서 일반식(I)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레놀을 포함하는, 암의 성장, 전이 또는 이들 모두를 억제하기 위한 약제.상기식에서, m은 7 또는 8 이다.
- 활성 성분으로서 일반식(II)의 (S)-2,3-디하이드로폴리프레닐 모노포스페이트 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 포함하는, 암의 성장, 전이 또는 이들 모두를 억제하기 위한 약제.상기식에서, m은 7 또는 8이다.
