- 제1공정에서, 중탄산 나트륨 분말로 연기 건식처리하여 중탄산나트륨을 염화수소와 반응시켜서 고체 염화나트륨을 형성시키고; 제2공정에서, 상기 고체 염화나트륨과 중금속을 함유하는 고체 잔유물을 제1공정의 연기에서 회수하고; 제3공정에서 충분한 양의 물에 제2공정에서 나온 고체 잔유물을 분산시켜 물에 용해된 염화나트륨 고체 잔유물을 갖도록 하므로서, 염화나트륨과 중금속을 함유하는 수성매체를 형성시키고; 제4공정에서, 제3공정의 수성매체를 pH 8-14로 알카리화하여 상기 중금속을 중금속 수산화물로 침전시키고; 제5공정에서, 침전된 중금속 수산화물을 제4공정의 수성매체와 분리하고, 염화나트륨 수용액을 회수하고; 제6공정에서 제5공정의 염화나트륨 수용액을 킬레이트 수지로 처리하여서 함을 특징으로 하는 염화수소와 중금속을 함유하는 연기를 정제하여 염화나트륨 수용액을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가정 또는 도시 쓰레기의 소각에서 나온 연기를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이미노이초산 과/또는 아미노포스폰산에서 유도된 기능기를 함유하는 킬레이트수지를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, Na형의 킬레이트 수지를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성매체(12)를 산성화하고, 여과한 다음 알카리화 함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수성매체 SO4 2-이온을 함유하는 경우에, 이것이 산성화 됨과 동시에 염화칼슘을 이에 첨가하여 황산칼슘을 침전시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, SO4 2-이온을 함유하는 경우에, 수성매체를 알카리화 하기 위하여 SO4 2-이온 모두와 반응하는데 적어도 충분한 양으로 (수)산화칼슘을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
