Abstract
본 발명은 착색된 피복 조성물 및 착색되지 않은 피복 조성물을 캐리어 필름상에 동시에 압출시키는, 미리 계량첨가되는 압출 피복 공정을 사용하여 교차-웹 방향으로 다양한 두께 및 색의 구배를 갖는 복합 피복제를 제공한다. 이러한 복합 피복체는 착색 구배 띠를 갖는 자동차 바람막이와 같은 적층 구조물을 제조하는데 유용하다.

Claims (12)
- (a) 필름의 폭 전체에 걸쳐 균일한 두께를 갖는, 착색되지 않은 중합체성 접착제 수지 용액층(28), 및 교차-웹 방향으로 다양한 두께를 가지며 웹의 중앙 또는 가장자리로부터 측정하였을 때 교차-웹 방향으로 색의 구배를 갖는 착색된 중합체성 접착제 수지 용액층(26)을 캐리어 필름(30)상에 부착시키고; (b) 상기 피막들을 건조시켜 건조된 복합 피복체를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 교차-웹 방향으로 다양한 두께 및 색의 구배를 갖는 복합 피복체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액들을 슬로트 개구(14)를 갖는 압출다이(10), (11), (12) 및 (13))를 통해서 미리 계량첨가하며, 상기 다이가 상기 슬로트 개구(14)를 통해 상기 착색된 접착제 수지 용액층(26)의 유속 구배를 교차-웹 방향으로 제공하도록 성형되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두께 구배(a-b, c-d)를, 안에 내부심(internal shim)(18), (19) 및 (20)을 갖는 분배 통로(12)에 의해 제공하며, 상기 심이 교차-웹 방향으로 예정된 유속 구배를 제공하도록 성형되는 방법.
