Abstract

Claims (12)

  1. (a) 필름의 폭 전체에 걸쳐 균일한 두께를 갖는, 착색되지 않은 중합체성 접착제 수지 용액층(28), 및 교차-웹 방향으로 다양한 두께를 가지며 웹의 중앙 또는 가장자리로부터 측정하였을 때 교차-웹 방향으로 색의 구배를 갖는 착색된 중합체성 접착제 수지 용액층(26)을 캐리어 필름(30)상에 부착시키고; (b) 상기 피막들을 건조시켜 건조된 복합 피복체를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 교차-웹 방향으로 다양한 두께 및 색의 구배를 갖는 복합 피복체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액들을 슬로트 개구(14)를 갖는 압출다이(10), (11), (12) 및 (13))를 통해서 미리 계량첨가하며, 상기 다이가 상기 슬로트 개구(14)를 통해 상기 착색된 접착제 수지 용액층(26)의 유속 구배를 교차-웹 방향으로 제공하도록 성형되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두께 구배(a-b, c-d)를, 안에 내부심(internal shim)(18), (19) 및 (20)을 갖는 분배 통로(12)에 의해 제공하며, 상기 심이 교차-웹 방향으로 예정된 유속 구배를 제공하도록 성형되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색된 피복 용액(26)이 안료를 함유하는 방법.

  8. 균일한 두께를 갖는 착색되지 않은 중합체성 접착체 수지층(28), 및 웹의 중앙 또는 가장자리로부터 측정하였을 때 교차-웹 방향으로 다양한 두께 및 색의 구배(a-b, c-d)를 갖는 착색된 중합체성 접착제 수지층(26)을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복층이 위에 있는 캐리어 필름(30).
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 수지가 폴리비닐 부티랄인 캐리어 필름.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 착색제가 안료인 캐리어 필름.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 층의 최대 건조 피복 두께가 100μ인 캐리어 필름.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 폴리에스테르, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아미드 및 폴리비닐 플루오라이드 필름으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것인 캐리어 필름.
