Claims (6)
- (1) 오이, 당근, 양파 및 카베츠를 각각 소금물에 발효 숙성시킨후 절단하고 식초, 설탕 및 천연향료를 배합하여 맛이 알맞게 나면 탈수시켜 제조된 발효야채 약 5-85 중량%; (2) 대구, 참치, 연어, 새우, 오징어, 복어, 고등어 게살 또는 조개류로부터 살코기 부분을 취출하여 소금으로 발효숙성시킨 후 절단하고 천영향료 및 식초를 첨가하여 제조된 발효어류 약 2-60 중량%; 및 (3) 콩기름 또는 들깨기름, 레몬, 계란 및 식초를 배합하여 제조된 소스재료 약 10-95 중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치샐러드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 천연향료가 고추분 마늘분 및 후추를 배합하여 약 100℃에서 끊여우려낸 향료물임을 특징으로하는 샌드위치샐러드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피망, 파세리, 셀러리 및 인삼 또는 수삼중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 생야채를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치샐러드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미역, 김 및 다시마 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 해초류를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치샐러드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 로즈샐러드, 핫샐러드, 핑크샐러드, 릴리샐러드 또는 햄버거임을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치샐러드 조성물.
