Claims (6)
- 표면에 산화처리된 유전체 피막을 갖는 알루미늄 양극과 유전체 산화물 피막상에 산화제 수용액에 함침시킨 후, 진공 건조하고, 피롤이 녹아있는 아세토니트릴 용액과 액상 접촉하여 폴리피롤을 생성하고, 이를 이용하여 전기중합법으로 생성한 폴리피롤층을 음극으로 하여 구성된 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기중합시 사용한 전해질염이 폴리(설퍼나프탈렌디일)메틸렌 나트륨염인 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기중합시 사용한 전해질염이 폴리(설퍼나프탈렌디일)메틸렌 나트륨염과 부틸나프탈렌술폰산 나트륨염의 혼합용액인 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기중합시 사용한 전해질염이 폴리(설퍼나프탈렌디일)메틸렌 나트륨염과 p-톨루엔술폰산 나트륨염의 혼합용액인 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기중합시 사용한 전해질염이 폴리(설퍼나프탈렌디일)메틸렌 나트륨염과 크레졸술폰산 나트륨염의 혼합용액인 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 화학 중합과 전기중합 후, 재화성 공정을 행하여 누설 전류를 감소시키도록한 고체 전해 콘덴서.
