Claims (7)
- 기계장비의 운전에 비정상을 검출하기 위한 비정상 검출방법에서, 운전상태 데이타로서 상기 기계장비의 운전상태를 반영하는 적어도 하나의 변수의 수준을 계속검출하는 단계; 현재시간에서 끝나는 특정기간의 해석기간에서 검출된 상기 운전데이타의 단기간 평균치를 상기 해석기간 보다 긴 특정기간의 현재시간에서 끝나는 기준기간에서 검출된 상기 운전상태 데이타의 장기간 평균치로부터 특정치 만큼 다른 비정상 기준치를 비교하여 상기 기계장비의 운전상태에서 비정상을 확인하는 단계; 로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비정상 검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기계장비는 롤러밀인 것을 특징으로 하는 비정상 검출방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 롤러밀의 운전상태를 반영하는 상기 변수는 롤러밀의 밀링테이블 상에서 원료의 두께, 롤러밀의 진동속도, 그리고 구동전력등으로부터 선택된 변수인 것을 특징으로 하는 비정상 검출방법.
- 기계장비의 운전의 안정도를 결정하기 위한 안정도 결정방법에 있어서, 운전상태로서 기계장비의 운전상태를 반영하는 적어도 하나의 변수의 수준을 계속검출하는 단계; (a) 현재시간에서 끝나는 특정기간의 해석기간에서 검출된 상기 운전데이타의 단기간 평균치와, (b) 상기 해석기간 보다 긴 특정기간의 현재시간에서 끝나는 기준기간에서 검출된 상기 운전데이타의 장기간 평균치를 상기 기계장비의 안정도를 계산하기 위해 소정의 제1퍼지 구성원 함수에 적용하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 안정도 결정방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기계장비는 롤러밀인 것을 특징으로 하는 안정도 결정방법.
- 기계장비를 제어하기 위한 운전제어방법에 있어서, 운전상태 데이타로서 기계장비의 운전상태를 반영하는 적어도 하나의 변수의 수준을 계속검출하는 단계; (a) 현재시간에서 끝나는 특정기간의 해석기간에서 검출된 상기 운전데이타의 단기간 평균치, 그리고 (b) 상기 해석기간 보다 긴 특정기간의 현재시간에서 끝나는 기준기간에서 검출된 상기 운전데이타의 장기간 평균치를 상기 기계장비의 안정도를 계산하기 위해 소정의 제1퍼지 구성원 함수에 적용하는 단계; 기계장비의 적어도 하나의 제어인자의 운전매개변수가 원하는 안정도를 달성하기 위해 조정되는 그러한 양을 계산하기 위해서 상기 계산된 안정도를 제2퍼지 구성원 함수에 적용하는 단계; 상기 제2퍼지 구성원 함수로부터의 출력에 따라서 상기 기계장비를 제어하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기계장비는 롤러밀인 것을 특징으로 하는 운전제어방법.
