Claims (11)
- 長手状のロッド部材と、
該ロッド部材に対して外挿状態で配される筒状部を備えるハウジングと、
粘弾性物質からなる第一の連結体を備えて、該ロッド部材と該ハウジングを軸直角方向で相互に弾性連結する弾性連結部材と、
該第一の連結体の軸方向の少なくとも一方側に該弾性連結部材とは別で設けられて、該ロッド部材と該ハウジングのこじり方向の相対変位量を抑える規制部材と
を、有する車体ダンパーブレース。 - 前記規制部材は、前記ロッド部材側に取り付けられるインナ取付部材と、前記ハウジング側に取り付けられるアウタ取付部材とが、粘弾性物質からなる第二の連結体によって弾性連結された構造を有している請求項1に記載の車体ダンパーブレース。
- 前記規制部材における前記第二の連結体の軸方向寸法が、前記弾性連結部材における前記第一の連結体の軸方向寸法よりも小さくされている請求項2に記載の車体ダンパーブレース。
- 前記ロッド部材側が外周へ向けて突出する第一のフランジ状部を備え、前記アウタ取付部材が内周へ向けて突出する第二のフランジ状部を備えており、
該第一のフランジ状部と該第二のフランジ状部の軸方向の対向面間に粘弾性物質からなる緩衝体が介在されている請求項2又は3に記載の車体ダンパーブレース。 - 前記アウタ取付部材が内周へ向けて開口するU状断面で周方向に延びており、該アウタ取付部材の一対の側壁の少なくとも一方が前記第二のフランジ状部とされている請求項4に記載の車体ダンパーブレース。
- 前記規制部材は、前記ロッド部材側から外周へ向けて突出する第一のフランジ状部と、前記ハウジングの前記筒状部側から内周へ向けて突出する第二のフランジ状部と、それら第一のフランジ状部と第二のフランジ状部の軸方向の対向面間に配されて粘弾性物質からなる緩衝体とを、備えている請求項1に記載の車体ダンパーブレース。
- 前記第一の連結体の内周面が前記ロッド部材に外嵌状態で固定されるインナ筒部材に固着されており、
前記規制部材が該インナ筒部材に外嵌状態で取り付けられている請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の車体ダンパーブレース。 - 前記規制部材が前記弾性連結部材の前記第一の連結体に対して軸方向で離れて配されている請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の車体ダンパーブレース。
- 前記規制部材が周方向に延びており、該規制部材が少なくとも一部において周方向で分断されている請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の車体ダンパーブレース。
- 前記弾性連結部材と前記規制部材の材質が相互に異なっている請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の車体ダンパーブレース。
- 前記規制部材が前記ロッド部材と前記ハウジングとの少なくとも一方に対して軸方向で移動可能とされている請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の車体ダンパーブレース。
