Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、実施の形態1に係る車載表示装置1の構成例を示す分解斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係る車載表示装置1の構成例を示す外観斜視図である。図3は、実施の形態1に係る車載表示装置1の構成例を示す正面図である。図4は、実施の形態1に係る車載表示装置1を図3のA−A線に沿って切断した断面図である。
なお、以下では、制御基板40の図示及び説明を省略する。
実施の形態2では、図9及び図10を参照して、表示ユニット2とホルダ30の固定方法を説明する。なお、図9及び図10において図1〜図4と同一又は相当する部分は、同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
実施の形態3では、図11及び図12を参照して、表示ユニット2とホルダ30の固定方法を説明する。なお、図11及び図12において図1〜図4、図9及び図10と同一又は相当する部分は、同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
実施の形態4では、図13を参照して、ホルダ30とリアパネル50の固定方法を説明する。なお、図13において図1〜図4及び図9〜図12と同一又は相当する部分は、同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
また、図13の例において、図9の例と同様に接着部材60によってホルダ30がカバーレンズ20に接着固定されてもよい。あるいは、図12の例と同様にネジ70によってホルダ30が表示器10にネジ固定されてもよい。ネジ固定の場合、図12の例と同様にホルダ30の開口端31とカバーレンズ20の後面との間に第1の弾性体62が配置されてもよい。
実施の形態5では、図14を参照して、ホルダ30とリアパネル50の固定方法を説明する。なお、図14において図1〜図4及び図9〜図12と同一又は相当する部分は、同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
また、図14の例において、図9の例と同様に接着部材60によってホルダ30がカバーレンズ20に接着固定されてもよい。あるいは、図12の例と同様にネジ70によってホルダ30が表示器10にネジ固定されてもよい。ネジ固定の場合、図12の例と同様にホルダ30の開口端31とカバーレンズ20の後面との間に第1の弾性体62が配置されてもよい。
Claims (10)
- 表示器及び前記表示器の前面に固定されたカバーレンズを有する表示ユニットと、
前記表示ユニットの後ろ側に配置され、前記表示ユニットに固定された、剛性をもつホルダと、
開口部を有する箱状のリアパネルであって、前記表示器と前記ホルダとを内部に収容した状態で前記カバーレンズに前記開口部が覆われ、前記ホルダに固定されたリアパネルとを備える車載表示装置。 - 前記ホルダは、内部に前記表示器を収容した箱体であって、前記ホルダの開口端は、前記カバーレンズの後面に接着固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載表示装置。
- 前記ホルダは、内部に前記表示器を収容した箱体であって、前記ホルダの開口端と前記カバーレンズの後面との間に第1の弾性体が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載表示装置。
- 前記リアパネルの開口端は、前記カバーレンズの後面に対して隙間をあけて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載表示装置。
- 前記リアパネルの開口端と前記カバーレンズの後面との間の前記隙間に第2の弾性体が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の車載表示装置。
- 前記ホルダは、板金部品又はダイキャスト部品であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載表示装置。
- 前記ホルダの後面に固定された、前記表示器の表示を制御する制御基板を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載表示装置。
- 前記ホルダは、前記表示器の後面にネジ固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載表示装置。
- 前記リアパネルは、前記ホルダに嵌合固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載表示装置。
- 前記リアパネルは、前記ホルダにネジ固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載表示装置。
