本文所公开的实施方案提供车辆中的显示器组件中的刚性组装特征的负面影响的解决方案。不使用螺杆或其他刚性紧固件和固定装置,而是利用显示器组件内的部件的浮动安装布置,如下文所述。浮动地附接易碎组装部件避免在显示器组件内施加导致色差的力和/或形成缺陷的力。

在一个或多个实施方案中,可使用至少一个粘合构件142沿着与凹部124毗连的侧壁130、沿着后壁132或者沿着侧壁130和后壁132两者将显示器模块104的后侧138与支撑底座116联接。在图2和图5所绘示的实例中,多个粘合构件142沿着邻近侧壁130的后壁132间隔开。所述一个或多个粘合构件142可用于减小由于显示器模块104在显示器组件100中的浮动安装布置而施加到接合材料108的应力。应理解,至少一个粘合构件142可具有任何形状、尺寸或厚度,并不仅限于所示的粘合构件142的构形或数目。如上文针对用于将盖板镜片102联接到支撑底座116的粘合剂128所述,至少一个粘合构件142可以是柔性的高伸长性粘合剂,所述柔性的高伸长性粘合剂是膨胀顺应性的并且能够吸收且承受住动态和静态负荷。
由于显示器模块104在显示器组件100内的浮动安装布置,显示器模块104与显示器组件100可不具有标准电接地触点。为了将显示器模块104接地但不损坏其在显示器组件100内的浮动布置,本文所公开的实施方案可包括支撑底座116与显示器模块104之间的至少一个顺应性接地触点144,如图6中所图示。顺应性接地触点144可具有可通过粘合剂固定的接垫形式。在另一实施方案中,顺应性接地触点144可包括任何形状因数的金属弹簧(即螺旋弹簧、板弹簧等),其中期望弹簧具有低弹簧常数以使得施加到显示器模块104的力可忽略不计。顺应性接地触点144可固定到显示器模块104、支撑底座116或显示器模块104与支撑底座116两者。一个或多个顺应性接地触点144提供显示器模块104的后侧138与支撑底座116的一部分(诸如但不限于与凹部124毗连的后壁132)之间的电接触。
汽车内饰行业的趋势是仪表面板具有更大镜片以及需要折射率匹配的高清晰度接合材料的更多显示解决方案。本文中所公开的实施方案提供一种将将盖板镜片102和显示器模块104部件与支撑底座116置于一起的方式,以使得避免对这些易碎部件和接合材料108施加应力,因此防止显示器模块104出现色差。还可避免接合材料108的品质缺陷,诸如气泡、空气间隙、刚性或柔性改变或者分层。所公开的实施方案在包括显示器模块和盖板镜片的车辆显示器组件范畴中提供竞争性优势。
虽然上文描述了示例性实施方案,但这些实施方案并不旨在描述本发明的所有可能形式。相反,说明书中所使用的词语是描述而非限制的词语,并且应理解可做出各种改变,而此并不背离本发明的精神和范围。另外,可将各种实现实施方案的特征组合起来以形成本发明的其他实施方案。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于车辆的显示器组件,其包括:
支撑底座,所述支撑底座具有凹部;
显示器模块,所述显示器模块至少部分地接纳在所述凹部内,所述显示器模块具有前侧和后侧;以及
盖板镜片,所述盖板镜片利用接合材料附接到所述显示器模块的所述前侧并且使用柔性粘合剂以浮动安装布置联接到所述支撑底座。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示器组件,其中所述显示器模块被布置为至少部分地接纳在所述凹部中但不接触所述支撑底座。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示器组件,其中所述支撑底座具有细长构形,所述细长构形具有大致矩形的中心部分,所述大致矩形的中心部分向在其每一侧上的较窄端部渐缩,所述凹部位于所述中心部分中并且由边界区域环绕。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示器组件,其中所述柔性粘合剂被施加为沿着所述支撑底座的所述边界区域和所述端部基本上环绕所述显示器模块。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示器组件,其中所述柔性粘合剂包括高伸长性、膨胀顺应性粘合剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示器组件,其还包括至少一个粘合构件,所述至少一个粘合构件联接所述显示器模块的所述后侧与所述支撑底座。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示器组件,其还包括至少一个顺应性接地触点以提供所述支撑底座与所述显示器模块之间的电接触。
8.如权利要求1所述的显示器组件,其中所述盖板镜片具有细长构形,所述细长构形具有大致矩形的中心部分,所述大致矩形的中心部分向在其每一侧上的较窄端部渐缩。
9.如权利要求1所述的显示器组件,其还包括车辆接口底座,所述支撑底座被布置为安装到所述车辆接口底座。
10.一种用于车辆的显示器组件,其包括:
支撑底座,所述支撑底座具有凹部;
显示器模块,所述显示器模块至少部分地接纳在所述凹部内但不接触所述支撑底座,所述显示器模块具有前侧和后侧;以及
盖板镜片,所述盖板镜片利用接合材料附接到所述显示器模块的所述前侧并且使用柔性粘合剂以浮动安装布置联接到所述支撑底座。
11.如权利要求10所述的显示器组件,其中所述支撑底座具有细长构形,所述细长构形具有大致矩形的中心部分,所述大致矩形的中心部分向在其每一侧上的较窄端部渐缩,所述凹部位于所述中心部分中并且由边界区域环绕。
12.如权利要求11所述的显示器组件,其中所述柔性粘合剂被施加为沿着所述支撑底座的所述边界区域和所述端部基本上环绕所述显示器模块。
13.如权利要求10所述的显示器组件,其中所述柔性粘合剂包括高伸长性、膨胀顺应性粘合剂。
14.如权利要求10所述的显示器组件,其还包括至少一个顺应性接地触点以提供所述支撑底座与所述显示器模块之间的电接触。
15.如权利要求10所述的显示器组件,其中所述盖板镜片具有细长构形,所述细长构形具有大致矩形的中心部分,所述大致矩形的中心部分向在其每一侧上的较窄端部渐缩。
16.一种用于车辆的显示器组件,其包括:
支撑底座,所述支撑底座具有凹部;
显示器模块,所述显示器模块至少部分地接纳在所述凹部内,所述显示器模块具有前侧和后侧,其中所述显示器模块的所述后侧利用至少一个粘合构件联接到所述支撑底座;以及
盖板镜片,所述盖板镜片利用接合材料附接到所述显示器模块的所述前侧并且使用柔性粘合剂以浮动安装布置联接到所述支撑底座。
17.如权利要求16所述的显示器组件,其中所述支撑底座具有细长构形,所述细长构形具有大致矩形的中心部分,所述大致矩形的中心部分向在其每一侧上的较窄端部渐缩,所述凹部位于所述中心部分中并且由边界区域环绕,其中所述柔性粘合剂被施加为沿着所述支撑底座的所述边界区域和所述端部基本上环绕所述显示器模块。
18.如权利要求16所述的显示器组件,其中所述柔性粘合剂包括高伸长性、膨胀顺应性粘合剂。
19.如权利要求16所述的显示器组件,其还包括至少一个顺应性接地触点以提供所述支撑底座与所述显示器模块之间的电接触。
20.如权利要求16所述的显示器组件,其中所述盖板镜片具有细长构形,所述细长构形具有大致矩形的中心部分,所述大致矩形的中心部分向在其每一侧上的较窄端部渐缩。
