Description
前記表面パネルの内面に前記表示セルが接着固定され、前記表面パネルと前記表示セルとがブラケットで保持された表示体ユニットが構成されており、
前記ブラケットから前記表面パネルの面と直交する垂直方向へ延びて、前記表面パネルの面に沿う方向へ弾性変形可能な取付け片と、
前記表面パネルを前記支持体に固定する接着剤層と、
前記垂直方向へ自由度を有して前記取付け片を前記支持体に固定する、取付けねじまたはリベットを有する固定機構と、が設けられており、
前記表面パネルが前記接着剤層を介して前記支持体に固定されて、前記表示体ユニットが前記支持体に装着された状態で、前記固定機構によって前記取付け片が前記支持体に固定されていることを特徴とするものである。
(1)表示装置1の組立て作業では、表面パネル4にタッチパッド6と表示セル10とが接着固定されて積層体が構成され、ブラケット11に、前記積層体とバックライト14が保持されたものが1つの表示体ユニット20として組み立てられる。
(2)インストルメントパネルなどに組み込まれる支持体2には、保持部材12が取り付けられて固定側ユニットとされる。
(3)前記(1)で組み立てられた表示体ユニット20が、前記(2)で組み立てられた固定側ユニットに対してZ方向の前方から装着される。

Claims (5)
- 支持体に形成された表示窓に透光性の表面パネルが設置され、前記表面パネルの内方に表示セルが配置されている車載用表示装置において、
前記表面パネルの内面に前記表示セルが接着固定され、前記表面パネルと前記表示セルとがブラケットで保持された表示体ユニットが構成されており、
前記ブラケットから前記表面パネルの面と直交する垂直方向へ延びて、前記表面パネルの面に沿う方向へ弾性変形可能な取付け片と、
前記表面パネルを前記支持体に固定する接着剤層と、
前記垂直方向へ自由度を有して前記取付け片を前記支持体に固定する、取付けねじまたはリベットを有する固定機構と、が設けられており、
前記表面パネルが前記接着剤層を介して前記支持体に固定されて、前記表示体ユニットが前記支持体に装着された状態で、前記固定機構によって前記取付け片が前記支持体に固定されていることを特徴とする車載用表示装置。 - 前記表面パネルの内面にタッチパネルを介して前記表示セルが接着固定されている請求項1記載の車載用表示装置。
- 前記ブラケットにバックライトが保持されている請求項1または2記載の車載用表示装置。
- 前記固定機構では、前記取付け片に取付け穴が形成されて、前記取付け穴の内径よりも小径の前記取付けねじによって、前記取付け片が前記支持体に固定されている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車載用表示装置。
- 前記固定機構では、前記取付け片に取付け穴が形成されて、前記取付け穴の内径よりも小径の前記リベットによって、前記取付け片が前記支持体に固定されている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車載用表示装置。
