Description
Claims (20)
- 車両用のディスプレイアセンブリであって、
凹部を有する支持シャーシと、
前記凹部内に少なくとも部分的に受け入れられ、かつ前面及び背面を有するディスプレイモジュールと、
接合材により前記ディスプレイモジュールの前記前面に取り付けられ、かつフローティング取付構造で可撓性接着剤を使用して前記支持シャーシに結合されたカバーレンズと、
を備える、前記ディスプレイアセンブリ。 - 前記ディスプレイモジュールは、前記支持シャーシと接触することなく、前記凹部内に少なくとも部分的に受け入れられるように配置される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記支持シャーシは、略長方形の中央部分を備えた細長い構成を有し、前記中央部分は、その両側のより狭い端部分に向かって先細りした形状を有し、前記凹部は、前記中央部分に配置され、境界領域により囲まれる、請求項1に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性接着剤は、前記支持シャーシの前記境界領域及び前記端部分に沿って、前記ディスプレイモジュールを実質的に取り囲むように塗布される、請求項3に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性接着剤は、高伸度かつ膨張対応の接着剤を含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記ディスプレイモジュールの前記背面を前記支持シャーシに結合する少なくとも1つの接着部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記支持シャーシと前記ディスプレイモジュールとの間に電気的接触を提供する少なくとも1つのコンプライアント接地コンタクトをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記カバーレンズは、略長方形の中央部分を備えた細長い構成を有し、前記中央部分は、その両側のより狭い端部分に向かって先細りした形状を有する、請求項1に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 車両インターフェースシャーシをさらに備え、前記支持シャーシは、前記車両インターフェースシャーシに取り付けられるように構成される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 車両用のディスプレイアセンブリであって、
凹部を有する支持シャーシと、
前記支持シャーシと接触することなく前記凹部内に少なくとも部分的に受け入れられ、かつ前面及び背面を有するディスプレイモジュールと、
接合材により前記ディスプレイモジュールの前記前面に取り付けられ、かつフローティング取付構造で可撓性接着剤を使用して前記支持シャーシに結合されたカバーレンズと、
を備える、前記ディスプレイアセンブリ。 - 前記支持シャーシは、略長方形の中央部分を備えた細長い構成を有し、前記中央部分は、その両側のより狭い端部分に向かって先細りした形状を有し、前記凹部は、前記中央部分に配置され、境界領域により囲まれる、請求項10に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性接着剤は、前記支持シャーシの前記境界領域及び前記端部分に沿って、前記ディスプレイモジュールを実質的に取り囲むように塗布される、請求項11に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性接着剤は、高伸度かつ膨張対応の接着剤を含む、請求項10に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記支持シャーシと前記ディスプレイモジュールとの間に電気的接触を提供する少なくとも1つのコンプライアント接地コンタクトをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記カバーレンズは、略長方形の中央部分を備えた細長い構成を有し、前記中央部分は、その両側のより狭い端部分に向かって先細りした形状を有する、請求項10に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 車両用のディスプレイアセンブリであって、
凹部を有する支持シャーシと、
前記凹部内に少なくとも部分的に受け入れられ、かつ前面及び背面を有するディスプレイモジュールであって、前記ディスプレイモジュールの前記背面は、少なくとも1つの接着部材により前記支持シャーシに結合される、前記ディスプレイモジュールと、
接合材により前記ディスプレイモジュールの前記前面に取り付けられ、かつフローティング取付構造で可撓性接着剤を使用して前記支持シャーシに結合されたカバーレンズと、
を備える、前記ディスプレイアセンブリ。 - 前記支持シャーシは、略長方形の中央部分を備えた細長い構成を有し、前記中央部分は、その両側のより狭い端部分に向かって先細りした形状を有し、前記凹部は、前記中央部分に配置され、境界領域により囲まれ、前記可撓性接着剤は、前記支持シャーシの前記境界領域及び前記端部分に沿って、前記ディスプレイモジュールを実質的に取り囲むように塗布される、請求項16に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性接着剤は、高伸度かつ膨張対応の接着剤を含む、請求項16に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 前記支持シャーシと前記ディスプレイモジュールとの間に電気的接触を提供する少なくとも1つのコンプライアント接地コンタクトをさらに備える、請求項16に記載のディスプレイアセンブリ。
