Abstract
Description
例えばレシプロ式流体機械において、金属製のシリンダ内を往復動するピストンには、シリンダの内面と摺動する摺動部材として、ピストンリングが取り付けられている。一方、例えばスクロール式の流体機械において、金属製の固定スクロールや、固定スクロールに対して円運動しながら摺接する旋回スクロールの端部には、これらの内面と摺動する摺動部材として、チップシールが取り付けられている。
上記した以外の課題、構成及び効果は、以下の実施の形態の説明により明らかにされる。
図1は、実施形態に係る流体機械に備えられる摺動部30を示す図である。流体機械は機能としては、例えば流体を加圧するポンプや圧縮機、冷凍機、送風機、流体を減圧する膨張機などがあり、動作方式としては、例えばレシプロ式流体機械やスクロール式流体機械などを挙げることができる。レシプロ式流体機械やスクロール式流体機械の全体構成例については後述する。後述の構成例では主として圧縮機について説明するが、上述の通り流体を冷媒とする冷凍機や送風機、圧縮機の機構を逆回転させることで圧縮機の吐出口に相当する部位から膨張対象の流体を吸い込み、圧縮機の吸込口に相当する部位から流体を吐き出す膨張機も同様の構成である。
Claims (14)
- 作動室が、金属材からなる摺動面と、
前記摺動面上を摺動するフッ素樹脂材と、を備え、
前記フッ素樹脂材が、前記摺動面に対して銅系粒子よりも凝着度が低い金属合金の粒子を含む流体機械。 - 前記金属合金がアルミニウム合金である請求項1に記載の流体機械。
- 前記アルミニウム合金の粒子が、アルミニウムとケイ素とを含み、
前記アルミニウム合金の粒子には、前記ケイ素が多く含まれている第1の部分と、前記第1の部分より前記ケイ素が少なく含まれている又は前記ケイ素が含まれていない第2の部分とがある請求項2に記載の流体機械。 - 前記第1の部分の硬度が、前記金属材の硬度よりも高い請求項3に記載の流体機械。
- 前記摺動面が、アルミニウム、リン、クロム、鉄、ニッケル、亜鉛のうち少なくとも1つを含む請求項1ないし4のいずれかに一項に記載の流体機械。
- 金属材からなる摺動面と、
前記摺動面上を摺動するフッ素樹脂材と、を備え、
前記フッ素樹脂材が、前記摺動面に対して銅系粒子よりも凝着度が低い金属合金の粒子を含む機械要素。 - 前記金属合金がアルミニウム合金である請求項6に記載の機械要素。
- 前記アルミニウム合金の粒子が、アルミニウムとケイ素とを含み、
前記アルミニウム合金の粒子には、前記ケイ素が多く含まれている第1の部分と、前記第1の部分より前記ケイ素が少なく含まれている又は前記ケイ素が含まれていない第2の部分とがある請求項7に記載の機械要素。 - 前記第1の部分の硬度が、前記金属材の硬度よりも高い請求項8に記載の機械要素。
- 前記摺動面が、アルミニウム、リン、クロム、鉄、ニッケル、亜鉛のうち少なくとも1つを含む請求項6ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の機械要素。
- 金属材からなる摺動面上を摺動するフッ素樹脂材であって、
前記摺動面に対して銅系粒子よりも凝着度が低い金属合金の粒子を含むフッ素樹脂材。 - 前記金属合金がアルミニウム合金である請求項11に記載のフッ素樹脂材。
- 前記アルミニウム合金の粒子が、アルミニウムとケイ素とを含み、
前記アルミニウム合金の粒子には、前記ケイ素が多く含まれている第1の部分と、前記第1の部分より前記ケイ素が少なく含まれている又は前記ケイ素が含まれていない第2の部分とがある請求項12に記載のフッ素樹脂材。 - 前記第1の部分の硬度が、前記金属材の硬度よりも高い請求項13に記載のフッ素樹脂材。
