Claims (5)
- シュート内を落下する粉体の一部を分取する分取装置であって、
前記シュートを貫通し、該シュートの内部でケーシングの一部が開口し、該開口から前記粉体の一部を受け入れるスクリューコンベヤと、
前記シュート内の前記スクリューコンベヤの上方に設けられ、所定の大きさ以上の物体が落下した際に該物体に衝突し、該物体が前記スクリューコンベヤへ直接落下することを防止する衝突分離部材とを備えることを特徴とする分取装置。 - 前記スクリューコンベヤの回転軸は、該スクリューコンベヤの排出口側の端部が他端よりも上方に位置するように、水平面に対して5°以上、20°以下の範囲で傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分取装置。
- 前記シュート内を落下する粉体を前記スクリューコンベヤの前記開口の方向に案内する案内部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の分取装置。
- 前記スクリューコンベヤの回転軸は、回転数が変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の分取装置。
- 前記スクリューコンベヤの回転軸の内部には冷却水通路が形成され、
該冷却水通路に冷却水を供給する手段を前記シュートの外部に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の分取装置。
