Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態に係るモータ駆動装置を備えたモータ駆動システムの構成を示す図である。本発明の実施の形態に係るモータ駆動システム1は、電源10、モータ駆動装置2及び単相モータ12を備える。
(A)低速回転域(低回転数領域):0[rpm]から10万[rpm]
(B)高速回転域(高回転数領域):10万[rpm]以上
Claims (9)
- バッテリから出力される直流電圧を交流電圧に変換し、前記交流電圧を、モータに印加する印加電圧として出力するインバータを備え、
前記直流電圧が第1電圧よりも低い第2電圧のときの前記印加電圧は、前記直流電圧が第1電圧のときの前記印加電圧よりも低いモータ駆動装置。 - 前記直流電圧が第1電圧よりも高い第3電圧のときの前記印加電圧は、前記直流電圧が第1電圧のときの前記印加電圧よりも低い請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記モータが有するロータの回転位置を検出し、検出した前記回転位置を示す回転位置情報を出力する位置センサを備え、
前記印加電圧が前記第1電圧のときの印加電圧から、前記第2電圧のときの前記印加電圧に変化するとき、前記回転位置情報を用いて算出される前記モータで発生する誘起電圧に対する前記印加電圧の進み角である進角を、第1進角から前記第1進角よりも小さい第2進角に変化させる請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記直流電圧が第1電圧よりも高い第3電圧のとき、前記第1進角よりも大きい第3進角が前記進角に設定される請求項3に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記インバータは、複数のスイッチング素子を有し、
複数の前記スイッチング素子の内の少なくとも1つは、ワイドバンドギャップ半導体で構成される請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記ワイドバンドギャップ半導体は、炭化珪素、窒化ガリウム又はダイヤモンドである請求項5に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置を備える電動送風機。
- 請求項7に記載の電動送風機を備える電気掃除機。
- 請求項7に記載の電動送風機を備えるハンドドライヤ。
