図1は本発明の実施の形態に係るモータ駆動装置を備えたモータ駆動システムの構成を示す図である。本発明の実施の形態に係るモータ駆動システム1は、電源10、モータ駆動装置2及び単相モータ12を備える。
(A)低速回転域(低回転数領域):0[rpm]から10万[rpm]
(B)高速回転域(高回転数領域):10万[rpm]以上
Claims (7)
- 複数のスイッチング素子を有し、複数の前記スイッチング素子が動作することによって、直流電源から出力される直流電圧を交流電圧に変換してモータに印加するインバータと、
前記直流電圧を利用して前記直流電圧より低い電圧の電力を出力する制御電源と、前記電力により駆動され、複数の前記スイッチング素子を駆動する駆動信号を生成し、前記駆動信号を複数の前記スイッチング素子に出力する第1信号生成部と、
前記インバータを停止させる際、前記モータの回転速度が閾値より高いときには前記制御電源から前記第1信号生成部へ前記電力が供給されるように動作し、前記回転速度が前記閾値未満のときには前記制御電源から前記第1信号生成部への前記電力の供給が停止されるように動作する電力供給スイッチと、
を備えるモータ駆動装置。 - 前記インバータを起動又は停止させる操作スイッチと、
前記電力により駆動され、複数の前記スイッチング素子を駆動するためのパルス幅変調信号を生成し、前記パルス幅変調信号を前記第1信号生成部に出力する第2信号生成部と、
を備え、
前記操作スイッチにおいて前記インバータを停止させる停止操作が行われたとき、前記第2信号生成部による前記パルス幅変調信号の生成が停止される請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 複数の前記スイッチング素子の内の少なくとも1つは、ワイドバンドギャップ半導体で構成される請求項1又は2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記ワイドバンドギャップ半導体は、炭化珪素、窒化ガリウム又はダイヤモンドである請求項3に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置を備える電動送風機。
- 請求項5に記載の電動送風機を備える電気掃除機。
- 請求項5に記載の電動送風機を備えるハンドドライヤ。
