Claims (9)
- シリンダに供給された粘性材料を加圧することにより、前記シリンダに連通するノズルから前記粘性材料を吐出させる吐出装置であって、
前記シリンダへの前記粘性材料の供給を制御する供給バルブと、
前記シリンダに供給された前記粘性材料に圧力を付与するプランジャと、
前記プランジャの進退移動方向と同じ方向に移動可能なボールネジと、
前記ボールネジに動力伝達機構を介して連結されたモータと、を備え、
前記プランジャと前記ボールネジとは連結されていない、吐出装置。 - 前記供給バルブは、前記ボールネジが所定の位置へ向けて移動を開始した状態で開くことにより、前記粘性材料を前記シリンダに供給する、請求項1に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記ボールネジの移動と、前記粘性材料の供給とが並行して行われる、請求項2に記載の吐出装置
- 前記シリンダ内に前記粘性材料が最大限に充填されたか否かを検知する光電センサを有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記ボールネジが前記プランジャ側へ所定の距離だけ前進した前進位置に到達したか否かを検知する前進位置検知センサと、
前記ボールネジが前記プランジャから所定の距離だけ後退した後退位置に到達したか否かを検知する後退位置検知センサと、を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の吐出装置。 - 前記ノズルを介した前記粘性材料の吐出を制御する吐出バルブを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記シリンダに配置され、前記シリンダ内に供給された前記粘性材料の圧力を検出する圧力センサを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の吐出装置。
- 粘性材料を吐出させる吐出装置へ前記粘性材料を供給する給液方法であって、
前記吐出装置は、
シリンダへの前記粘性材料の供給を制御する供給バルブと、
前記シリンダに供給された前記粘性材料に圧力を付与するプランジャと、
前記プランジャの進退移動方向と同じ方向に移動可能なボールネジと、
前記ボールネジに動力伝達機構を介して連結されたモータと、を備え、
前記吐出装置における前記プランジャは、前記ボールネジと連結されておらず、
前記ボールネジが移動を開始した状態で前記供給バルブを開いて、前記粘性材料を供給する、給液方法。 - 前記吐出装置が備える光電センサにより、前記シリンダ内に前記粘性材料が最大限に充填されたか否かを検知する、請求項8に記載の給液方法。
