Claims (15)
- 被印刷物を支持し、前記被印刷物に印刷が施されるときにインクジェット方式のプリンタ内に設置される印刷治具であって、
前記被印刷物が載置される載置面と、
前記被印刷物を位置決めするための位置決め部であって、前記被印刷物が前記載置面に載置されたときに前記被印刷物の少なくとも一部に接触するように前記載置面上に予め形成された凸部で構成される位置決め部と、を有し、
前記凸部は、インクジェット方式のプリンタで使用されるインクが積層して硬化したものである、
ことを特徴とする印刷治具。 - 前記被印刷物は平板状の部材であり、
前記凸部は、前記載置面上における互いに直交する2方向および回転方向に前記被印刷物を位置決め可能なように、前記被印刷物の2箇所以上の側部に接触する位置に形成されている、請求項1に記載の印刷治具。 - 前記被印刷物は表示板であり、
前記表示板の側部は、前記表示板の周方向に凹凸状に形成された凹凸形状部を有し、
前記凸部は、少なくとも前記表示板の前記凹凸形状部に接触する位置に形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の印刷治具。 - 前記表示板は時計の文字板であり、
前記文字板の前記凹凸形状部は、前記文字板が固定されるムーブメントまたは前記ムーブメントを保持する中枠に係合する係合部であり、
前記凸部は、少なくとも前記文字板の前記係合部に接触する位置に形成されている、請求項3に記載の印刷治具。 - 前記表示板は時計の文字板であり、
前記文字板の前記凹凸形状部は、前記文字板の外周における12時の位置に形成された凹部を有し、
前記凸部は、前記凹部が形成された箇所で前記文字板の外周に接触するように形成されている、請求項3に記載の印刷治具。 - 前記凸部は、前記載置面に載置された前記表示板の側部に接触し前記表示板を取り囲む土手状の形状を有し、
前記位置決め部は第2の凸部をさらに有し、
前記第2の凸部は、前記凸部に相似の形状を有し、前記載置面上における前記凸部の外周側に前記凸部を取り囲むように前記インクが積層して硬化したものである、請求項3または4に記載の印刷治具。 - 前記凸部は周方向の一部に切欠き部を有する、請求項6に記載の印刷治具。
- 前記表示板の前記凹凸形状部は前記表示板の中心に関して非対称であり、
前記凸部は、前記表示板が表裏を逆にして前記載置面に載置されないように、非対称な前記凹凸形状部に対応する位置に形成されている、請求項6または7に記載の印刷治具。 - 前記被印刷物は、底部に突起を有する時計部品であり、
前記凸部は、前記時計部品の前記突起に接触する位置に形成されている、請求項1に記載の印刷治具。 - 前記凸部は、前記被印刷物が前記載置面に載置されたときに前記時計部品の前記突起が収納される凹部を有する、請求項9に記載の印刷治具。
- 前記凸部の外径は前記時計部品の外径よりも小さい、請求項10に記載の印刷治具。
- 前記被印刷物は、貫通孔を有する時計部品であり、
前記凸部は、前記時計部品の前記貫通孔の内壁に接触する位置に形成されている、請求項1に記載の印刷治具。 - 前記載置面は、互いに異なる印刷が施される複数の被印刷物を並べて載置可能であり、
前記載置面上における各被印刷物の載置位置に、当該位置に載置される被印刷物に施される印刷に対応する印刷が予め施されている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の印刷治具。 - 被印刷物の載置面を有しインクジェット方式のプリンタ内に設置可能な治具板または治具シートの前記載置面の上に、インクジェット方式によりインクを積層かつ硬化させることで凸部を形成して、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の印刷治具を形成する工程と、
被印刷物の少なくとも一部が前記凸部に接触するように前記被印刷物を前記載置面に載置して、前記凸部を基準に前記被印刷物を位置決めする工程と、
前記被印刷物にインクジェット方式により印刷を施す工程と、
を有することを特徴とする印刷物の製造方法。 - 前記印刷を施す工程では、前記印刷治具を形成する工程と同一のプリンタを用いる、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
