Claims (5)
- 吸入室、吐出室、シリンダ、およびクランク室が設けられ、前記クランク室の下部が潤滑油を貯留する貯油室として構成されたハウジングと、
前記シリンダ内に往復動可能に配置されたピストンと、
前記クランク室に回転可能に配置され、前記ピストンと連接棒を介して連結されたクランク軸と、
前記クランク軸を軸受けする軸受部が配置される軸受ハウジングと、
前記軸受ハウジングおよび前記クランク室の間に設けられ、前記軸受ハウジングとともに密閉空間を形成し、前記クランク室および前記密閉空間を連通する第1連通部、第2連通部を備える仕切り板と、
前記密閉空間に開口する開口端を備え、前記吸入室と連通する均圧路と、を有する往復動圧縮機。 - 前記軸受ハウジングには、前記クランク軸の軸方向に凹んだ凹部が形成されている請求項1に記載の往復動圧縮機。
- 前記仕切り板は、前記密閉空間から前記クランク室へ前記潤滑油が移動可能な第3連通部を有する請求項1または2に記載の往復動圧縮機。
- 前記第1連通部は、ブローバイガスが通過可能であって前記潤滑油が通過不可能または通過困難となるように構成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の往復動圧縮機。
- 前記第3連通部は、開口形状が横に広い扁平形状である請求項3に記載の往復動圧縮機。
