Claims (6)
- 다수의 보어(111)를 갖는 실린더블록(110);상기 실린더블록(110)의 전방에 결합되어 내부에 크랭크실(121)을 형성한 전방하우징(120);상기 실린더블록(110)과 전방하우징(120)에 회전 가능하게 지지된 구동축(150);상기 구동축(150)에 장착되어 함께 회전하는 사판(160)에 연동하여 상기 보어(111) 내부를 왕복운동하는 다수의 피스톤(165);상기 실린더블록(110)의 후방에 결합되며 상기 실린더블록(110)으로부터 유입된 냉매가 충진되는 토출실(132)과 외부로부터 유입된 냉매가 충진되는 흡입실(131)이 구획벽(134)에 의해 구획되어 구비되고 상기 토출실(132)의 냉매가 토출되는 토출관(133)을 갖는 후방하우징(130) 및상기 후방하우징(130)의 내부에 구비되며 냉매로부터 오일을 분리하는 오일분리수단(200)을 포함하여 이루어져, 냉매를 흡입, 압축 및 토출시키는 압축기에 있어서,상기 오일분리수단(200)은 상기 토출실(132)과 구획되며 내부에 오일 분리공간(202)을 갖는 분리실(201)을 형성하고, 상기 분리실(201)에는 상기 토출실(132)과 연통하는 연통공(211)(221) 및 오일이 컨트롤밸브(170)로 이송할 수 있도록 오일공(212)을 형성함과 아울러 상기 분리실(201)의 내부로 상기 토출관(133)의 입구(133a)가 위치하도록 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분리실(201)은 상기 후방하우징(130)과 일체로 형성되며 일측이 개구된 분리벽(210)과, 상기 분리벽(210)의 개구부를 밀폐하는 캡(220)으로 이루어지며, 상기 연통공(211)(221)은 상기 분리벽(210)과 캡(220) 중 어느 하나에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분리실(201)은 상기 후방하우징(130)과 일체로 형성되며 일측이 개구된 분리벽(210)과, 상기 분리벽(210)의 개구부를 밀폐하는 캡(220)으로 이루어지며, 상기 연통공(211)(221)은 상기 분리벽(210)과 캡(220)에 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 연통공(211)(221)과 상기 토출관(133)의 입구(133a)는 서로 다른방향을 향하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 연통공(211)(221)의 중심선과 상기 토출관 입구(133a)의 중심선은 수직 인것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 토출관 입구(133a)의 끝단부는 상기 연통공(211)(221)의 중심선 보다 더 연장되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
