- 삭제
- 복수개의 실린더 보어를 가지는 실린더 블럭을 개재하여 그 전방과 후방에 각각 결합되는 전방하우징과 후방하우징으로 이루어지는 본체, 메커니컬실을 개재하여 상기 본체에 회전가능하게 지지되는 구동축, 삽입홀을 통해 상기 구동축에 유동가능하게 삽입되며 구동축의 회전에 따라 회전운동을 하면서 그 경사각이 가변되는 사판과, 상기 사판의 테두리에 슈를 개재하여 연결되며 상기 실린더 보어 내에서 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤을 포함하는 사판식 압축기에 있어서,상기 구동축은 오일펌프로부터 공급된 오일을 전방쪽으로 이동시키기 위해 길이방향으로 형성된 오일공급통로와, 상기 오일공급통로의 도중에 형성되며 상기 사판에 형성된 삽입홀의 내주면쪽으로 오일을 공급하기 위한 오일분사통로를 구비하고,상기 사판에는 오일분사통로를 통해 공급된 오일이 사판과 슈의 연결부위에 공급되도록 안내하는 오일분사홀이 형성되어 있고,상기 오일공급통로를 통하여 공급된 오일은 구동축에 형성된 배출구를 통해 메커니컬실로 공급되고,상기 메커니컬실에 공급된 오일은 구동축과 전방하우징의 틈새를 통해 사판실쪽으로 공급되며,사판실에서 윤활작용을 수행한 오일은 사판실 바닥면에 모인 후 오일펌프를 통해 다시 오일공급통로로 공급되어 순환하되,상기 구동축과 전방하우징의 틈새는 구동축의 외주면에 디컷(D-cut) 형상으로 형성된 평탄면에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사판식 압축기.

- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 후방하우징에는 압축된 냉매가 토출되는 토출실과, 상기 토출실 내에 설치되며 냉매와 오일을 분리하는 오일분리기와, 상기 오일분리기로부터 분리된 오일을 제어하여 본체 내로 공급하는 제어밸브를 구비하며,상기 제어밸브를 통해 본체 내로 유입된 오일이 구동축의 일단에 설치된 오일펌프로 흡입되어 구동축의 오일공급통로로 공급되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 사판식 압축기.
