Claims (6)
- 실린더 보어 내에서 왕복 운동하여 냉매를 압축하는 압축기용 피스톤에 있어서,상기 실린더 보어에 수용되는 상기 피스톤의 외주면에 주면을 따라 형성되는 하나 이상의 삽입홈,상기 삽입홈에 삽입 고정되어 상기 피스톤과 실린더 보어 사이의 간극을 밀폐하는 피스톤 링을 포함하며,상기 삽입홈의 안쪽 바닥면에는 냉매가스가 수용되도록 하는 수용홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 피스톤 구조.
- 실린더 보어 내에서 왕복 운동하여 냉매를 압축하는 압축기용 피스톤에 있어서,상기 실린더 보어에 수용되는 상기 피스톤의 외주면에 주면을 따라 형성되는 하나 이상의 삽입홈,상기 삽입홈에 삽입 고정되어 상기 피스톤과 실린더 보어 사이의 간극을 밀폐하는 피스톤 링을 포함하며,상기 삽입홈의 양측 내벽은 주면을 따라 테이퍼 형상으로 경사지게 형성되고, 상기 피스톤 링은 상기 테이퍼 형상의 삽입홈에 면밀착되도록 테이퍼 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 피스톤 구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 삽입홈의 바닥면에는 냉매가스가 수용되도록 하는 수용홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 피스톤 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 삽입홈에 의해 형성된 피스톤 외주면의 모서리는 모따기되어 경사면이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 피스톤 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 링의 외주면에는 상기 실린더 보어에 다단으로 밀착 지지되도록 하는 하나 이상의 융기부가 주면을 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 피스톤 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 링의 내주면에는 냉매가스가 수용될 수 있도록 하는 요홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 피스톤 구조.
