Claims (5)
- 撮像素子と、前記撮像素子の端子のうちの電源端子及びグランド端子以外の端子に接続される配線を含む第一の可撓性基板と、前記電源端子及び前記グランド端子に接続される配線を含む第二の可撓性基板と、を含む可動部と、
前記可動部を、前記撮像素子の受光面の長手方向と前記受光面の短手方向とに移動自在に支持する支持部材と、を備え、
前記第一の可撓性基板は、前記短手方向の一方の方向に延びる第一の部位と、前記第一の部位の端部にて前記短手方向の他方の方向に折り返された折り返し部と、を有し、
前記第二の可撓性基板は、前記短手方向の他方の方向に延びる第二の部位と、前記第二の部位の端部にて前記短手方向の一方の方向に折り返された折り返し部と、を有する可動支援装置。 - 請求項1記載の可動支援装置であって、
前記第二の可撓性基板の厚みは、前記第一の可撓性基板の厚みよりも大きい可動支援装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の可動支援装置であって、
前記可動部は、前記可動部の移動方向における位置を検出するための位置検出素子と、前記可動部を移動させるための駆動用コイルと、を含み、
前記第二の可撓性基板は、前記位置検出素子に接続された配線と、前記駆動用コイルに接続された配線と、を更に含む可動支援装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の可動支援装置を備える像ぶれ補正装置。
- 請求項4記載の像ぶれ補正装置を備える撮像装置。
