Claims (5)
- 熱伝導性材料からなる壁面で囲われ、分析カラムを収容するための略密閉空間と、
前記熱伝導性材料からなる壁面を加熱するヒータと、
前記熱伝導性材料からなる壁面の外側を囲う断熱材と、を備えているカラムオーブン。 - 前記カラムオーブンは、開閉カバー、及び前記開閉カバーによって開閉される開閉面を有するカラムオーブン本体を備え、
前記カラムオーブン本体は、前記分析カラムを前記開口面側から嵌め込んで保持するために前記開口面側が開口した凹部をもち、前記凹部の内側壁面が前記熱伝導性材料で構成されており、
前記開閉カバーは、前記カラムオーブン本体の前記開閉面と対向する面に、当該開閉カバーが前記カラムオーブン本体の前記開閉面を閉じたときに、前記凹部の前記熱伝導性材料からなる前記開口の縁と密着し、前記開口を封止して前記略密閉空間を形成する前記熱伝導性材料からなる伝熱プレートを備えている、請求項1に記載のカラムオーブン。 - 前記分析カラムは前記凹部に設けられた熱伝導性材料からなるカラムホルダを介して保持されており、
前記ヒータの熱は、前記凹部の内側壁面から前記カラムホルダを介して、前記分析カラムに直接的に伝達されるとともに、前記ヒータの熱は、前記凹部の内側壁面から前記伝熱プレートへと伝達され、前記略密閉空間内の熱の対流によって前記分析カラムが加熱される、請求項2に記載のカラムオーブン。 - 前記開閉カバーは、前記伝熱プレートを前記開閉面側へ付勢する弾性部材を有する、請求項2又は3に記載のカラムオーブン。
- 前記開閉カバーの一端部がヒンジによって前記カラムオーブン本体と連結されている、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のカラムオーブン。
