Abstract

Fer à repasser comprenant un boîtier (1), un corps chauffant (2) dans lequel est noyé une résistance électrique (20) et un écran thermique (3) interposé entre le corps chauffant (2) et le boîtier (1), l'écran thermique (3) étant maintenu sur le corps chauffant (2) par des moyens de fixation (4, 5), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation de l'écran thermique (3) comprennent une bride de fixation (5) sur laquelle l'écran thermique (3) est fixé, ladite bride de fixation (5) venant au contact du corps chauffant (2) et étant réalisé dans un matériau thermoplastique ayant subi un traitement ionisant pour améliorer sa résistance à la température.
