Abstract
Description
項1. アルコキシシリル基、アルコキシシリレン基、及びシロキサン結合からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を有するケイ素化合物、有機金属化合物、及び水を含有する、化成処理皮膜を有する金属材料に対する皮膜形成用処理液。
項2. 前記化成処理皮膜が、ケイ酸化成処理皮膜、3価クロム化成処理皮膜、ジルコニウム化成処理皮膜、及びリン酸化成処理皮膜からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、項1に記載の処理液。
項3. 前記化成処理皮膜がケイ酸化成処理皮膜である、項1又は2に記載の処理液。 項4. 前記ケイ素化合物が樹脂を含む、項1〜3のいずれかに記載の処理液。
項5. さらに、アルコキシシラン、アルコキシシランオリゴマー、及び非ケイ素系樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含有する、項4に記載の処理液。
項6. 前記有機金属化合物を構成する金属が、チタン、ジルコニウム、アルミニウム、及び錫からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、項1〜5のいずれかに記載の処理液。
項7. 前記有機金属化合物の含有量が、前記ケイ素化合物100質量部に対して0.01〜50質量部である、項1〜6のいずれかに記載の処理液。
項8. 前記水の含有量が、前記ケイ素化合物100質量部に対して1〜100質量部である、項1〜7のいずれかに記載の処理液。
項9. (工程D)項1〜8のいずれかに記載の処理液を、化成処理皮膜を有する金属材料に塗布する工程
を含む、皮膜の形成方法。
項10. さらに、前記工程Dの前に、
(工程C)化成処理液を金属材料に塗布する工程
を含む、項9に記載の形成方法。
項11. さらに、前記工程Cの前に、
(工程A)金属材料表面をエッチング処理する工程
を含む、項10に記載の形成方法。
項12. さらに、前記工程Aと前記工程Bの間に、
(工程B)金属材料をデスマット処理する工程
を含む、項11に記載の形成方法。
項13. さらに、工程Dの後に、
(工程E)硬化処理する工程
を含む、項9〜12のいずれかに記載の形成方法。
項14. 前記硬化処理が熱処理である、項13に記載の形成方法。
項15. 金属材料、前記金属材料上の皮膜1、及び前記皮膜1上の皮膜2を含み、且つ
前記皮膜1が化成処理皮膜であり、
前記皮膜2が、アルコキシシリル基、アルコキシシリレン基、及びシロキサン結合からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を有するケイ素化合物の架橋構造体、及び有機金属化合物を含有する皮膜である、
皮膜含有金属材料。
ケイ素化合物は、1種単独であってもよく、2種以上の組み合わせであってもよい。
アクリルシリコーン樹脂(重量平均分子量:約2万、アルコキシシリル基含有量40質量%)10質量%、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂10質量%、及びプロピレングリコールモノエチルエーテル80質量%からなる混合液を調製した。次に、該混合液100質量部に対して水を3質量部、アルミニウムモノアセチルアセトネートビスエチルアセトアセテート2質量部加えて、皮膜形成用処理液を調製した。
金属材料をリン酸化成処理する代わりにジルコニウム化成処理する以外は、実施例1と同様にして行った。ジルコニウム化成処理は、金属材料を、60℃に温度調整した硝酸ジルコニウムアンモニウム水溶液 100g/Lに1分間浸漬することにより行なった。
金属材料をリン酸化成処理する代わりに3価クロム化成処理する以外は、実施例1と同様にして行った。3価クロム化成処理は、金属材料を、40℃に温度調整した3価硝酸クロム水溶液 100g/Lに1分間浸漬することにより行なった。
金属材料をリン酸化成処理する代わりにケイ酸化成処理する以外は、実施例1と同様にして行った。ケイ酸化成処理は、金属材料を、60℃に温度調整したケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液(水ガラス3号) 100g/Lに3分間浸漬することにより行なった。
皮膜形成処理液の組成が異なる以外は実施例4と同様にして行った。本実施例で使用した皮膜形成処理液は次のようにして調製した。シリコーン樹脂(信越化学工業社製、重量平均分子量:約1.1万〜10万)20質量%、メチルトリメトキシシランオリゴマー10質量%、及びプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル70質量%からなる混合液を調製した。次に、該混合液100質量部に対して水を10質量部、チタンジイソプロポキシビスエチルアセチルアセトネート5質量部加えて、皮膜形成用処理液を調製した。
金属材料をケイ酸化成処理する前にエッチング処理及びデスマット処理する以外は、実施例4と同様にして行った。エッチング処理は、金属材料を、50℃に温度調整した硝酸水溶液 100g/Lに30秒間浸漬することにより行なった。デスマット処理は、エッチング処理済みの金属材料を、20℃に温度調整した水酸化ナトリウム水溶液 100g/Lに3分間浸漬することにより行なった。
金属材料リン酸化成処理する代わりにアルカリ脱脂処理する以外は、実施例1と同様にして行った。アルカリ脱脂処理は、金属材料を、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液 10g/Lに浸漬することにより行った。
金属材料としてマグネシウム合金AZ91基板に代えてアルミニウム合金A5052基板(大きさ100×50×0.2mm)を用いる以外は、実施例1と同様にして行った。
金属材料としてマグネシウム合金AZ91基板に代えてアルミニウム合金A5052基板(大きさ100×50×0.2mm)を用いる以外は、実施例2と同様にして行った。
金属材料としてマグネシウム合金AZ91基板に代えてアルミニウム合金A5052基板(大きさ100×50×0.2mm)を用いる以外は、実施例3と同様にして行った。
金属材料としてマグネシウム合金AZ91基板に代えてアルミニウム合金A5052基板(大きさ100×50×0.2mm)を用いる以外は、実施例4と同様にして行った。
金属材料としてマグネシウム合金AZ91基板に代えてアルミニウム合金A5052基板(大きさ100×50×0.2mm)を用いる以外は、実施例5と同様にして行った。
金属材料としてマグネシウム合金AZ91基板に代えてアルミニウム合金A5052基板(大きさ100×50×0.2mm)を用い、それに伴いエッチング処理の方法及びデスマット処理の方法を変える以外は、実施例6と同様にして行った。本実施例において、エッチング処理は、金属材料を、50℃に温度調整した水酸化ナトリウム水溶液 100g/Lに30秒間浸漬することにより行なった。デスマット処理は、エッチング処理済みの金属材料を、60℃に温度調整した硝酸水溶液 50g/Lに3分間浸漬することにより行なった。
金属材料としてマグネシウム合金AZ91基板に代えてアルミニウム合金A5052基板(大きさ100×50×0.2mm)を用いる以外は、比較例1と同様にして行った。
上記した実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜2において得られた皮膜含有金属材料に対して、熱水浸漬試験(100℃の熱水に浸漬)による耐食性試験を行った。皮膜含有金属材料を100℃の熱水に浸漬して、浸漬開始から、皮膜含有金属材料の表面積に対する錆の発生面積比率が10%となるまでの時間を測定した。当該試験の結果を下記表1に示す。
Claims (15)
- アルコキシシリル基、アルコキシシリレン基、及びシロキサン結合からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を有するケイ素化合物、有機金属化合物、及び水を含有する、化成処理皮膜を有する金属材料に対する皮膜形成用処理液。
- 前記化成処理皮膜が、ケイ酸化成処理皮膜、3価クロム化成処理皮膜、ジルコニウム化成処理皮膜、及びリン酸化成処理皮膜からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の処理液。
- 前記化成処理皮膜がケイ酸化成処理皮膜である、請求項1又は2に記載の処理液。
- 前記ケイ素化合物が樹脂を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の処理液。
- さらに、アルコキシシラン、アルコキシシランオリゴマー、及び非ケイ素系樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項4に記載の処理液。
- 前記有機金属化合物を構成する金属が、チタン、ジルコニウム、アルミニウム、及び錫からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の処理液。
- 前記有機金属化合物の含有量が、前記ケイ素化合物100質量部に対して0.01〜50質量部である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の処理液。
- 前記水の含有量が、前記ケイ素化合物100質量部に対して1〜100質量部である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の処理液。
- (工程D)請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の処理液を、化成処理皮膜を有する金属材料に塗布する工程
を含む、皮膜の形成方法。 - さらに、前記工程Dの前に、
(工程C)化成処理液を金属材料に塗布する工程
を含む、請求項9に記載の形成方法。 - さらに、前記工程Cの前に、
(工程A)金属材料表面をエッチング処理する工程
を含む、請求項10に記載の形成方法。 - さらに、前記工程Aと前記工程Bの間に、
(工程B)金属材料をデスマット処理する工程
を含む、請求項11に記載の形成方法。 - さらに、工程Dの後に、

前記皮膜2が、アルコキシシリル基、アルコキシシリレン基、及びシロキサン結合からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を有するケイ素化合物の架橋構造体、及び有機金属化合物を含有する皮膜である、
