Abstract
Description
図1には、実施形態1の日除け装置1が、自動車Cの車室内に配置され、かつ、使用位置に位置付けられた状態で示されている。また自動車Cの助手席の上方には、第2の日除け装置を構成し得る日除け部材20が、使用されていない状態で示されている。図2には、日除け装置1の日除け部材2および表示装置3が示され、図3には、図2のIII−III線での断面図が示されている。また、図4Aおよび4Bには、日除け装置1の撮像装置4により撮像される撮像領域41が模式的に示されている。
本発明の態様1に係る日除け装置は、板状の日除け部材と、前記日除け部材におけるその使用時に操作者を向く表面に、表示部を該操作者に向けて配置される表示装置と、前記表面の反対面が向く領域を撮像して撮像データを生成する撮像装置と、前記撮像装置が生成した撮像データに基づいて、前記日除け部材の使用時に前記表示部に表示されるべき表示画像データを生成するデータ処理回路とを備えることを特徴としている。

Claims (14)
- 板状の日除け部材と、
前記日除け部材におけるその使用時に操作者を向く表面に、表示部を該操作者に向けて配置される表示装置と、
前記表面の反対面が向く領域を撮像して撮像データを生成する撮像装置と、
前記撮像装置が生成した撮像データに基づいて、前記日除け部材の使用時に前記表示部に表示されるべき表示画像データを生成するデータ処理回路と
を備える、日除け装置。 - 回動し得る前記日除け部材の位置を検知する第1検知器と、
前記日除け部材の操作者の眼の位置を検知する第2検知器と
をさらに備えており、
前記データ処理回路が、前記第1検知器の検知結果および前記第2検知器の検知結果に基づいて、前記日除け部材に向けられる前記操作者の視線に対する前記日除け部材の前記表面の角度を識別する角度識別回路と、所定の基準角度に対する前記表面の角度の差異に基づいて前記撮像データを補正するデータ補正回路と、をさらに有し、
前記データ処理回路は、前記所定の基準角度に対する前記表面の角度の差異について補正された表示画像を前記表示装置に表示すべく前記データ補正回路により補正された後の撮像データに基づいて前記表示画像データを生成する、請求項1に記載の日除け装置。 - 前記データ処理回路が、前記日除け部材の操作者の視界における前記日除け部材により遮られる死角部分を判別し、かつ、前記撮像データのうちの前記死角部分に対応する表示対象データを選択する表示対象データ選択回路をさらに有し、
前記データ処理回路が、前記死角部分の光景を前記表示装置に表示させるべく前記表示対象データに基づいて前記表示画像データを生成する、請求項2に記載の日除け装置。 - 前記第1検知器の検知結果に基づいて前記表示装置のオンオフ状態を制御する制御回路
をさらに備える、請求項2または3に記載の日除け装置。 - 前記日除け部材の位置を検知する第3検知器をさらに備えており、
前記第3検知器は、前記第1検知器が検知し得る前記日除け部材の位置の変化の方向と異なる方向における前記日除け部材の位置を検知する検知器であり、
前記制御回路は、前記第1検知器および前記第3検知器の検知結果に基づいて前記表示装置のオンオフ状態を制御する、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の日除け装置。 - 前記日除け部材が曲面部を有しており、前記表示装置が前記曲面部の曲面に沿って形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の日除け装置。
- 前記日除け部材が、使用時に上側に向けられる縁部および/または下側に向けられる縁部において前記曲面部を有しており、前記曲面部が5mm以上、20mm以下の曲率半径を有している、請求項6に記載の日除け装置。
- 前記日除け部材の前記表面全体が曲面であり、前記表面は、50mm以上、250mm以下の曲率半径を有している、請求項6に記載の日除け装置。
- 前記表示装置が、有機材料が積層された表面を有する可撓性フィルムを用いて形成された有機EL表示パネルである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の日除け装置。
- 前記有機EL表示パネルは複数のサブ画素を含み、
前記複数のサブ画素のそれぞれは、前記複数のサブ画素のそれぞれが発する光の波長と異なる長さの間隔を空けて配置された2つの電極を含んでいる、請求項9に記載の日除け装置。 - 前記データ処理回路が、所定の対象物の外見的特徴に関する参照データを記憶させておくメモリ回路と、前記撮像データと前記参照データとを比較する比較回路と、前記表示装置に表示される前記所定の対象物の表示画像を他の表示画像よりも強調すべく前記表示画像データを加工する表示画像強調回路と、をさらに有している、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の日除け装置。
- 前記日除け部材が、少なくとも前記日除け部材における前記表面の前記反対面に、赤外線反射部材を備えている、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の日除け装置。
- 前記撮像装置は、屈折率の調整により光の反射を低減する被覆層が形成されている表面を有するレンズを備えている、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の日除け装置。
- 日除け装置におけるその使用時に操作者を向く表面に、表示部を該操作者に向けて配置されるべき表示装置と、
前記表面の反対面が向く領域を撮像して撮像データを生成する撮像装置と、
前記撮像装置が生成した撮像データに基づいて、前記日除け装置の使用時に前記表示部に表示されるべき表示画像データを生成するデータ処理回路と
を備える、画像表示モジュール。
