Abstract
Description
図1は、リンクモーションタイプの懸架装置1を模式的に表している。この懸架装置1は、コイルばね2と、リンク部材3とを有している。コイルばね2は、螺旋形に成形されたばね鋼からなる素線(ワイヤ)4を有している。リンク部材3は、ピボット(揺動軸)5を中心に上下方向に回動する。
Claims (10)
- 上下方向に回動するリンク部材(3)を備えたリンクモーションタイプの懸架装置(1)の下側のばね座(10)と上側のばね座(11)との間に配置されるコイルばね(2)であって、前記下側のばね座(10)は前記リンク部材(3)の上下方向の位置に応じて傾きが変化し、
前記コイルばね(2)は、
前記下側のばね座(10)に接する下側の座巻部(20)と、
前記上側のばね座(11)に接する上側の座巻部(21)と、
前記下側の座巻部(20)と前記上側の座巻部(21)との間の円筒形の有効部(22)と、
前記下側の座巻部(20)または前記上側の座巻部(21)の少なくとも一方の座巻部に形成され、該座巻部の長さ方向の途中から素線(4)の先端(4X)(4Y)に向かって厚さが小さくなるテイパー部(25)(25’)(26)(26’)を含み、前記下側のばね座(10)の傾きの変化を前記テイパー部(25)(25’)(26)(26’)によって吸収することにより前記有効部(22)の胴曲りを抑制する胴曲り制御部(100)(101)と、
を具備した車両懸架用コイルばね。 - 請求項1に記載の車両懸架用コイルばねにおいて、
前記胴曲り制御部(100)が、前記下側の座巻部(20)に形成された前記テイパー部(25)(25’)からなる車両懸架用コイルばね。 - 請求項1に記載の車両懸架用コイルばねにおいて、
前記胴曲り制御部(101)が、前記上側の座巻部(21)に形成された前記テイパー部(26)(26’)からなる車両懸架用コイルばね。 - 請求項1に記載の車両懸架用コイルばねにおいて、
前記胴曲り制御部(100)(101)が、前記下側の座巻部(20)に形成された第1の前記テイパー部(25)(25’)と、前記上側の座巻部(21)に形成された第2の前記テイパー部(26)(26’)と、からなる車両懸架用コイルばね。 - 請求項1に記載の車両懸架用コイルばねにおいて、
前記下側のばね座(10)は、前記リンク部材(3)が上下方向に回動するときの高さ変化が小さい第1の支持部(10a)と、高さ変化が大きい第2の支持部(10b)とを含み、
前記胴曲り制御部(100)(101)のテイパー部(25)(25’)(26)(26’)が、前記第1の支持部(10a)から前記第2の支持部(10b)に向かって延びる車両懸架用コイルばね。 - 請求項1に記載の車両懸架用コイルばねにおいて、
前記胴曲り制御部(100)(101)の前記テイパー部(25)(26)がフラットテイパー形である車両懸架用コイルばね。 - 請求項1に記載の車両懸架用コイルばねにおいて、
前記胴曲り制御部(101)の前記テイパー部(26’)がラウンドテイパー形である車両懸架用コイルばね。 - 請求項1に記載の車両懸架用コイルばねにおいて、
前記胴曲り制御部(100)の前記テイパー部(25’)が座面研磨形である車両懸架用コイルばね。 - 請求項4に記載の車両懸架用コイルばねにおいて、
前記胴曲り制御部(100)(101)の前記第1のテイパー部(25)(25’)と前記第2のテイパー部(26)(26’)とのいずれか一方がフラットテイパー形であり、他方がラウンドテイパー形である車両懸架用コイルばね。 - 請求項1に記載の車両懸架用コイルばねにおいて、
熱間成形された円筒形の前記有効部(22)を有している車両懸架用コイルばね。
