Description
図1は、リンクモーションタイプの懸架装置1を模式的に表している。この懸架装置1は、コイルばね2と、リンク部材3とを有している。コイルばね2は、螺旋形に成形されたばね鋼からなる素線(ワイヤ)4を有している。リンク部材3は、ピボット(揺動軸)5を中心に上下方向に回動する。
Claims (5)
- 上下方向に回動するリンク部材(3)と、下側のばね座(10)と、上側のばね座(11)と、螺旋形に成形された素線(4)からなり前記下側のばね座(10)と上側のばね座(11)との間に圧縮した状態で配置されたコイルばね(2)とを備え、前記リンク部材(3)の上下方向の位置に応じて前記下側のばね座(10)の傾きが変化するリンクモーションタイプの懸架装置であって、
前記下側のばね座(10)が、前記リンク部材(3)のピボット(5)に近い側の第1の支持部(10a)と前記ピボット(5)から遠い側の第2の支持部(10b)とを含み、
前記コイルばね(2)が、
前記下側のばね座(10)に接する下側の座巻部(20)と、
前記上側のばね座(11)に接する上側の座巻部(21)と、
前記下側の座巻部(20)と前記上側の座巻部(21)との間の円筒形の有効部(22)と、
前記下側の座巻部(20)の長さ方向の途中の厚さ変化部(25a)から前記素線(4)の下端(4X)に向かって厚さと曲げ剛性が小さくなるテイパー部(25)(25’)を含み、前記厚さ変化部(25a)が前記第1の支持部(10a)に配置されかつ前記素線(4)の下端(4X)が前記第2の支持部(10b)に配置され、前記下側のばね座(10)の傾きの変化を前記テイパー部(25)(25’)によって吸収することにより前記有効部(22)の胴曲りを抑制する胴曲り制御部(100)と、
を具備した懸架装置。 - 請求項1に記載の懸架装置において、
前記胴曲り制御部(100)の前記テイパー部(25)がフラットテイパー形である懸架装置。 - 請求項1に記載の懸架装置において、
前記胴曲り制御部(100)の前記テイパー部(25)がラウンドテイパー形である懸架装置。 - 請求項1に記載の懸架装置において、
前記胴曲り制御部(100)の前記テイパー部(25’)が座面研磨形である懸架装置。 - 請求項1に記載の懸架装置において、
熱間成形された円筒形の前記有効部(22)を有した懸架装置。
