Claims (11)
- 流体が密封された容器と、
前記容器が配置されている収容部を有する基材とを備え、
前記基材が上面及び下面を有し、前記収容部が、前記基材の前記上面に開口しており、
前記収容部の前記開口を封止するように、前記基材の前記上面に設けられているシート部材をさらに備え、
前記基材が、
前記収容部に直接的または間接的に接続されており、かつ前記流体を送液する媒体が流入する流入路と、
前記収容部に直接的または間接的に接続されており、かつ前記流体が流出する流出路とを有する、マイクロチップ。 - 前記流入路に接続されており、かつ前記媒体を前記流入路に流入させることにより前記流体を送液する駆動部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロチップ。
- 前記媒体がガスであり、前記駆動部が前記ガスを前記流入路に流入させる、請求項2に記載のマイクロチップ。
- 前記流入路及び前記流出路が、前記収容部に直接的に接続されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロチップ。
- 前記流入路及び前記流出路のうち少なくとも一方の一部が前記基材の前記上面側に設けられており、かつ前記上面側の壁面が前記シート部材により覆われている、請求項4に記載のマイクロチップ。
- 前記流入路の一部及び前記流出路の一部が前記基材の前記上面側に設けられており、かつ前記流入路及び前記流出路の前記上面側の壁面が前記シート部材により覆われている、請求項5に記載のマイクロチップ。
- 前記流入路及び前記流出路が前記基材の内部に設けられている、請求項4に記載のマイクロチップ。
- 前記流出路が前記基材の内部に設けられており、
前記収容部が、前記基材の内部に設けられている滞留部を含み、該滞留部が前記流出部に接続されており、前記流体が送液される方向を送液方向としたときに、前記滞留部の前記送液方向に垂直な方向に沿う断面積が、前記流出部の前記送液方向に垂直な方向に沿う断面積より広い、請求項5または7に記載のマイクロチップ。 - 前記流入路が複数設けられている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロチップ。
- 前記収容部に接続されている接続流路をさらに備え、
前記流入路及び前記流出路が、前記接続流路を介して前記収容部に間接的に接続されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロチップ。 - 前記基材が、ベースシートと、前記ベースシート上に設けられた貫通孔を有する基材本体とを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロチップ。
