Abstract
Description
以下、この発明の実施の形態1を図1から図5に基づいて説明するが、各図において、同一、または相当部材、部位については同一符号を付して説明する。図1はこの発明の実施の形態1に係わる車載用灯具を示す断面図である。図2はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る車載用灯具における除湿素子の放湿側の平面図である。図3はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る車載用灯具における除湿素子の除湿側の平面図である。図4はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る車載用灯具における除湿素子の放湿側の図2のIV−IV線における断面図である。図5はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る車載用灯具における除湿素子を示す断面図である。

次に、図9(b)に示すように、レジスト103(フォトレジスト)を金属薄板101表面へ塗布する際に、金属薄板101表面へのレジスト103密着をよくするため、金属薄板101表面の汚れや油脂の付着を除去する脱脂洗浄処理を炭化水素、酸、アルカリ、マイクロバブル等の洗浄液102を用いて洗浄を実施する。尚、金属薄板101は外形が20mm×30mmで厚さ30μmのC1020銅板を使用した。
続いて、図9(c)に示すように、金属薄板101の両面にレジスト103を塗布する。
この発明の実施の形態2を図16から図20に基づいて説明するが、各図において、同一、または相当部材、部位については同一符号を付して説明する。図16はこの発明の実施の形態2に係わる車載用灯具を示す断面図である。図17はこの発明の実施の形態2に係る車載用灯具における結露検知センサを示す外側から見た平面図である。図18はこの発明の実施の形態2に係る車載用灯具における結露検知センサを示す図17のS−S線における断面図である。図19はこの発明の実施の形態2に係る車載用灯具における結露検知センサを示す内側から見た平面図である。図20はこの発明の実施の形態2に係る車載用灯具における熱伝導素子を示す正面図である。

Claims (11)
- 透光性カバーとケースにより構成される灯室と、前記ケースに取り付けられた除湿素子と、前記透光性カバーの前記灯室の内側に取り付けられた湿度検知素子とを備え、前記湿度検知素子の検知により前記除湿素子を制御することを特徴とする車載用灯具。
- 前記湿度検知素子は、前記透光性カバーの上部と下部に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載用灯具。
- 透光性カバーとケースにより構成される灯室と、前記ケースに取り付けられた除湿素子と、前記透光性カバーに貫通されて設けられた熱伝導構造物と、前記透光性カバーの内側に位置する前記熱伝導構造物に取り付けられた湿度検知素子とを備え、前記湿度検知素子の検知により前記除湿素子を制御することを特徴とする車載用灯具。
- 前記湿度検知素子は、抵抗感知形素子であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車載用灯具。
- 前記抵抗感知形素子は、抵抗式結露検知センサであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車載用灯具。
- 前記抵抗式結露検知センサは、感湿膜と、前記感湿膜に配置された2つの電極により構成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車載用灯具。
- 前記湿度検知素子は、静電容量感知形素子であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車載用灯具。
- 前記静電容量感知形素子は、高分子膜と、前記高分子膜を両側から挟持する2つの電極により構成されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車載用灯具。
- 前記除湿素子は、前記ケースの底面に取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の車載用灯具。
- 前記除湿素子は、前記ケースの背面に取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の車載用灯具。
- 前記除湿素子は、ハウジング、陽極側給電体、除湿膜、陰極側給電体、パッキン、フランジが積層されて一体化された構造であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の車載用灯具。
