Abstract
Description
以下、本発明に係る空気調和装置の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置1を示す回路図である。この図1に基づいて、空気調和装置1について説明する。図1に示すように、空気調和装置1は、室外機2と室内機3とを備えている。室外機2は、室外に設置されるものであり、圧縮機4、流路切替部9、第1の熱交換器5、第1の冷却部30、室外送風機5a、アキュムレータ8、吸入圧力検出部11、吐出圧力検出部12及び制御部10を有している。室内機3は、室内に設置されるものであり、膨張部6、第2の熱交換器7及び室内送風機7aを有している。ここで、圧縮機4、流路切替部9、第1の熱交換器5、膨張部6、第2の熱交換器7、アキュムレータ8及び第1の冷却部30が配管1bにより接続されて、冷媒が流れる冷媒回路1aが構成されている。
図8は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る空気調和装置100を示す回路図である。本実施の形態2は、冷媒回路1aにおいて第1の冷却部30が設けられる位置が、実施の形態1と相違する。本実施の形態2では、実施の形態1と同一の部分は同一の符号を付して説明を省略し、実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明する。
Claims (7)
- 圧縮機、第1の熱交換器、膨張部、第2の熱交換器及び冷媒流路を有する第1の冷却部が配管により接続され、冷媒が流れる冷媒回路と、
前記圧縮機の動作を制御する発熱体を有する制御部と、
基端側において前記発熱体に接続され、先端側において前記第1の冷却部に接続され、
前記発熱体が発する熱を伝える伝熱体と、
前記伝熱体の基端側と先端側との間に接続され、前記伝熱体を冷却する第2の冷却部と、を備え、
前記第1の冷却部は、前記冷媒を利用して前記伝熱体を冷却するものである
空気調和装置。 - 前記伝熱体は、
作動流体が封入された中空部を有する筒状の部材であり、
先端側が基端側よりも上方に位置している
請求項1記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第1の冷却部に設けられ、前記第1の冷却部を断熱する断熱材を更に備える
請求項1又は2記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第1の冷却部は、
前記圧縮機の吸入側に設けられている
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第1の熱交換器と前記膨張部との間と前記圧縮機の吸入側とを接続するバイパス回路と、
前記バイパス回路に設けられ、前記バイパス回路に流れる冷媒の流量を調整する第1の冷媒流量調整部及び第2の冷媒流量調整部と、
前記バイパス回路に流れる冷媒の温度を検出するバイパス温度検出部と、を更に備え、
前記第1の冷却部は、
前記第1の冷媒流量調整部と前記第2の冷媒流量調整部との間に設けられ、
前記制御部は、
前記バイパス温度検出部によって検出された温度がバイパス温度上限閾値とバイパス温度下限閾値との間の温度となるように前記第1の冷媒流量調整部及び前記第2の冷媒流量調整部を調整するものである
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第2の冷却部は、
ヒートシンクである
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第2の冷却部は、
ペルチェ素子である
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。
