Description
以下に、本発明の実施の形態について、「真空断熱材」、「外被材」、「熱融着層」、「外被材の製造方法」、「真空断熱材の製造方法およびその用途」などに項分けして、具体的に説明する。
まず、本発明の実施の形態の真空断熱材の構成について、図1を参照しながら、説明する。
つぎに、上記真空断熱材10が備える外被材20の具体的な構成例について、図2Aから図2Cを参照しながら、説明する。
つぎに、上記外被材20の一部を構成する熱融着層22の構成について、より具体的に説明する。
以下に、外被材20の製造方法について、説明する。
以下に、真空断熱材の製造方法およびその用途について、説明する。

Claims (9)
- 外被材と、
前記外被材の内部において減圧密閉状態で封入される芯材と、を備え、
前記外被材は、ガスバリア層および熱融着層を含み、
前記熱融着層は、熱融着性樹脂と、1を超えるアスペクト比を有するフィラーとを含有し、
前記フィラーの少なくとも一部は、長軸方向が前記熱融着層の広がり方向に対して交差するように配向させる、
真空断熱材。 - 前記フィラーは、前記アスペクト比が50〜3000の範囲内である、
請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記フィラーは、前記アスペクト比が100〜2000の範囲内である、
請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記フィラーの長軸方向の長さは、前記熱融着層の厚さよりも小さい、
請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 外被材と、
前記外被材の内部において減圧密閉状態で封入される芯材と、を備え、
前記外被材は、ガスバリア層および熱融着層を含み、
前記熱融着層は、熱融着性樹脂と、アスペクト比5以下のフィラーとを含有している、
真空断熱材。 - 前記熱融着性樹脂は、融点が250℃以下の熱可塑性樹脂で、
前記フィラーは、層状物質である、
