Claims (8)
- インペラを収容する吸入路を含むハウジングを備え、
前記吸入路には、前記インペラに対向する位置に形成された第1開口部と、前記第1開口部よりも上流側に形成された第2開口部と、前記第1開口部と前記第2開口部とを連通し、前記インペラの回転軸を中心として円環状に延在する循環流路と、前記循環流路内に配置された複数のガイドベーンと、が設けられ、
前記循環流路は、周方向に前記複数のガイドベーンが間隔を空けて配置された第1領域と、前記ガイドベーンが配置されていない第2領域とを含み、
前記第2領域は、前記第1領域における前記ガイドベーンの前記間隔よりも周方向に広い範囲にわたっている、遠心圧縮機。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記インペラの外周に形成される円環状の巻き流路と、前記巻き流路に連通した吐出路と、を備え、
前記第1領域は、前記インペラの回転軸を中心として前記巻き流路と前記吐出路との接続部分を基準に±90度の角度範囲に形成される、請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記回転軸を中心とした場合に前記第1領域が形成される角度範囲には、前記巻き流路と前記吐出路との前記接続部分が含まれる、請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記第1領域に形成された前記ガイドベーンは、前記インペラの回転方向と逆方向に流体を吐出する向きに傾斜している、請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記第1領域に形成された前記ガイドベーンは、前記インペラの回転方向と逆方向に流体を吐出する向きに傾斜している、請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記第1領域に形成された前記ガイドベーンは、前記インペラの回転方向と逆方向に流体を吐出する向きに傾斜している、請求項3に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記吸入路内に取り付けられ前記第2開口部を形成するインサートリングを含み、
前記インサートリングは、前記ガイドベーンを備えている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - インペラを収容する吸入路を含むハウジングを備え、
前記吸入路には、前記インペラに対向する位置に形成された第1開口部と、前記第1開口部よりも上流側に形成された第2開口部と、前記第1開口部と前記第2開口部とを連通し、前記インペラの回転軸を中心として円環状に延在する循環流路と、前記循環流路内において周方向に離間して配置された複数のガイドベーンと、が設けられ、
前記複数のガイドベーンは、前記第2開口部から流出される流体が周方向に不均一な状態となるように、前記インペラの回転軸を中心として非軸対称に形成されて、前記インペラの出口側における静圧分布を均一化する、遠心圧縮機。
