Claims (7)
- 制御軸の回転位置に応じて機関圧縮比を変更する可変圧縮比機構と、
上記制御軸の回転位置を変更するアクチュエータと、
上記制御軸から径方向外側へ延出するアーム部と、
上記アクチュエータと上記アーム部とを連係するレバーと、
上記レバーと上記アーム部とを貫通して両者を回転可能に連結する連結ピンと、
上記制御軸の回転位置によらず上記連結ピンの端面と対向し、上記レバーもしくは上記アーム部からの上記連結ピンの抜け止めをする壁部と、
を有する内燃機関。 - 上記壁部は、上記連結ピンの一端面と対向する請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 上記壁部は、上記連結ピンの一端面と対向する一端側壁部と上記連結ピンの他端面と対向する他端側壁部である請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 上記壁部を有するストッパの内燃機関本体への取り付け位置は、連結ピン軸方向で上記連結ピンの両側に設定されている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関。
- 上記壁部は、機関圧縮比が低い時に上記連結ピンと対向する部位の剛性が、機関圧縮比が高い時に上記連結ピンと対向する部位の剛性よりも低くなるよう形成されている請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関。
- 上記壁部は、連結ピン軸方向視で、当該底壁の内燃機関本体に対する固定位置から上記連結ピンの端面と対向する部分までの距離が、機関圧縮比が低いほど長くなるよう形成されている請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関。
- 内燃機関本体は、シリンダブロックの下部に固定されたオイルパンアッパを有し、
上記壁部を有するストッパの上記内燃機関本体への取り付け位置は、上記オイルパンアッパに形成されたオイルパン開口部を上記内燃機関本体の幅方向に横切って分割する梁部と、上記オイルパン開口部の開口縁と、に設定されている請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の内燃機関。
