Abstract
Description
エポキシ樹脂1:三菱化学(株)製のjER828(ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、エポキシ当量:184〜194)
エポキシ樹脂2:三菱化学(株)製のjER4005P(ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂、Mw:8500、エポキシ当量:950〜1200)
アミン基変性アクリロニトリルブタジエンコポリマー(ATBN):CVC Thermoset Specialties社製のATBN1300X16
硬化剤:三菱化学(株)製のDICY7(ジシアンジアミド微粉砕品)
硬化促進剤:保土ヶ谷化学工業(株)製のDCMU−99
炭素繊維:三菱レイヨン(株)製のMR 60H 24P(フィラメント径:5μm、フィラメント数:24000)
ビードワイヤー1:スチール製、直径:1.2mm、構成:4+4+4、ゴム組成物により被覆
ビードワイヤー2:スチール製、直径:1.2mm、構成:4列1段、ゴム組成物により被覆
表1に示す配合内容に従い、樹脂成分、硬化剤および硬化促進剤を混合し、注型金型(2mm板)を用い、室温から170℃まで30分かけて昇温させ、その後170℃で10分保持することで硬化させた。その後、25℃、湿度50%で48時間の条件で状態調節した後、ダンベル4号形に打ち抜き、試験用マトリックス樹脂を調製した。
(株)島津製作所製のオートグラフを用い、引張速度5mm/分、チャック間距離58mmの条件における、各試験用マトリックス樹脂の「初期弾性率」、「破断強度」、「破断伸度」および「伸度50%における降伏の有無」を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
未硬化のマトリックス樹脂1〜7をローラーにより炭素繊維に含浸させてプリプレグを作成した。このプリプレグを金属製の治具に巻き付けて成形し、170℃で10分保持の条件で硬化させて試験用ビードコアを作成した。実施例5および6については、プリプレグを、金属製の治具にセットしてビードコアの形状に成形しておいたスチールワイヤー2に巻き付けて成形し、170℃で10分保持の条件で硬化させて試験用ビードコアを作成した。得られた試験用ビードコアを用いて各試験用タイヤ(サイズ:195/65R15 91H)を作成し、下記の評価試験を行った。また、比較例1としてスチールワイヤーからなる試験用ビードコアを用いた試験用タイヤを作成して評価した。プリプレグの樹脂含量、ビードコア作成時の積層数および評価結果を表2に示す。
各試験用ビードコアの質量を測定し、比較例1の結果を100とする指数で示した。質量指数が低いほどビードコアの質量が低く、軽量化されていることを示す。
リム組み前のタイヤのビード部において、タイヤ中心側から外側に向け、周方向に均一な力を加え、ビード部内径がリム外径となる時の力を測定し、比較例1の結果を100とする指数で示した。締付力指数が高いほどリム組み時の締付力に優れることを示す。なお、55〜120を性能目標値とする。
リム(サイズ:15×6J)にリム組みした時の空気圧を測定し、比較例1の結果を100とする指数で示した。嵌合力指数が低いほど嵌合が容易であることを示す。
リム(サイズ:15×6J)にリム組み後、タイヤ内圧が200kPaとなるまでタイヤ内部に水を注入し、タイヤが破壊されたときの内圧を測定し、比較例1の結果を100とする指数で示した。水圧破壊指数が高いほど耐水圧破壊性に優れることを示す。なお、85以上を性能目標値とする。
Claims (4)
- 20〜80質量%のエポキシ樹脂および20〜80質量%の官能基変性アクリロニトリルブタジエンコポリマーを含む樹脂成分を含有するマトリックス樹脂ならびに炭素繊維を含有するCFRPを用いたタイヤ。
- 前記マトリックス樹脂が、初期弾性率0.1〜1000MPa、破断伸度50%以上であり、伸度50%において降伏がないマトリックス樹脂である請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記CFRPをビードコアに用いた請求項1または2記載のタイヤ。
- 前記CFRPをビードコアの一部に用いた請求項1または2記載のタイヤ。
