Abstract
Description
粒界拡散型の磁石と、当該磁石が挿入される挿入孔が円周方向に沿って複数形成された回転子鉄心とを有する回転子と、
巻線と、当該巻線が巻かれるティースが円周方向に沿って複数形成された固定子鉄心とを有する固定子とを備え、
1つの磁石と1つのティースとの中心同士が前記回転子鉄心の半径方向に沿って並んだ状態における、当該1つの磁石の、当該1つのティースに対向する表面をティース対向表面とし、当該1つのティースの巻線が巻かれた部分の、当該ティース対向表面に平行な断面を磁石平行断面として、前記固定子鉄心に複数形成されたティースの磁石平行断面の総面積が、前記回転子鉄心に複数形成された挿入孔に挿入された磁石のティース対向表面の総面積の0.56倍以上0.93倍以下である。
図1及び図2は、本実施の形態に係る冷凍サイクル装置10の回路図である。図1は、冷房運転時の冷媒回路11aを示している。図2は、暖房運転時の冷媒回路11bを示している。
Claims (6)
- 粒界拡散型の磁石と、当該磁石が挿入される挿入孔が円周方向に沿って複数形成された回転子鉄心とを有する回転子と、
巻線と、当該巻線が巻かれるティースが円周方向に沿って複数形成された固定子鉄心とを有する固定子と
を備え、
1つの磁石と1つのティースとの中心同士が前記回転子鉄心の半径方向に沿って並んだ状態における、当該1つの磁石の、当該1つのティースに対向する表面をティース対向表面とし、当該1つのティースの巻線が巻かれた部分の、当該ティース対向表面に平行な断面を磁石平行断面として、前記固定子鉄心に複数形成されたティースの磁石平行断面の総面積が、前記回転子鉄心に複数形成された挿入孔に挿入された磁石のティース対向表面の総面積の0.56倍以上0.93倍以下であることを特徴とする電動機。 - 残留磁束密度が1.3テスラ以上の磁石と、当該磁石が挿入される挿入孔が円周方向に沿って複数形成された回転子鉄心とを有する回転子と、
巻線と、当該巻線が巻かれるティースが円周方向に沿って複数形成された固定子鉄心とを有する固定子と
を備え、
1つの磁石と1つのティースとの中心同士が前記回転子鉄心の半径方向に沿って並んだ状態における、当該1つの磁石の、当該1つのティースに対向する表面をティース対向表面とし、当該1つのティースの巻線が巻かれた部分の、当該ティース対向表面に平行な断面を磁石平行断面として、前記固定子鉄心に複数形成されたティースの磁石平行断面の総面積が、前記回転子鉄心に複数形成された挿入孔に挿入された磁石のティース対向表面の総面積の0.56倍以上0.93倍以下であることを特徴とする電動機。 - 前記固定子鉄心に複数形成されたティースの磁石平行断面の総面積が、前記回転子鉄心に複数形成された挿入孔に挿入された磁石のティース対向表面の総面積の0.6倍以上0.7倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の電動機。
- 前記固定子鉄心に複数形成されたティースの磁石平行断面の総面積が、前記回転子鉄心に複数形成された挿入孔に挿入された磁石のティース対向表面の総面積の0.62倍以上0.67倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の電動機。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかの電動機と、
前記電動機により駆動されて冷媒を圧縮する圧縮要素と
を備えることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項5の圧縮機が接続され、前記冷媒が循環する冷媒回路を備えることを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
