Claims (12)
- 先端と基端と長手軸とを有する筒状体と、
前記筒状体の先端に設けられた先端開口と、
前記筒状体の基端に設けられた基端開口と、
前記筒状体の長手軸に沿って設けられ、前記先端開口と前記基端開口とを連結し、内視鏡挿入部が進退自在に挿通される内視鏡挿通路と、
前記内視鏡挿通路の先端側内部に開口した流体給排口と、流体を供給及び吸引する流体供給吸引装置に接続される基端側接続口とを有する流体通路と、
前記内視鏡挿入部の先端を、前記流体給排口の先端側端部よりも基端側となる第1の位置に位置決めする位置決め機構と、を備え、
前記位置決め機構は、前記内視鏡挿入部が前記筒状体の長手軸に沿って基端側に移動する際に、前記内視鏡挿入部を前記筒状体に対して係止する係止手段を有する外套管。 - 前記第1の位置は、前記内視鏡挿入部の先端を含む平面が、前記流体給排口と交差する位置である請求項1に記載の外套管。
- 前記流体給排口は、前記位置決め機構により前記第1の位置に位置決めされた前記内視鏡挿入部の先端を含む平面と交差する長手軸を有する流体通路に設けられている請求項1に記載の外套管。
- 前記流体通路は、前記内視鏡挿通路とは独立して設けられる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外套管。
- 前記係止手段は、前記内視鏡挿通路に設けられた突起を有し、前記内視鏡挿入部が前記筒状体の長手軸に沿って基端側に移動する際、前記内視鏡挿入部に設けられた段差に前記突起に突き当てることにより、前記内視鏡挿入部を前記筒状体に対して係止する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の外套管。
- 前記内視鏡挿通路の内部には、前記内視鏡挿入部の外周に被嵌され、かつ前記内視鏡挿入部と一体的に進退移動するスリーブ部材が設けられ、
前記係止手段は、前記内視鏡挿通路に設けられた突起を有し、前記内視鏡挿入部が前記筒状体の長手軸に沿って基端側に移動する際に、前記内視鏡挿入部の外周に被嵌された前記スリーブ部材を前記突起に突き当てることにより、前記内視鏡挿入部を前記筒状体に対して係止する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の外套管。 - 先端に観察窓が配置された内視鏡挿入部を有する内視鏡と、
先端と基端と長手軸とを有する筒状体であって、前記筒状体の先端に設けられた先端開口と、前記筒状体の基端に設けられた基端開口と、前記筒状体の長手軸に沿って設けられ、前記先端開口と前記基端開口とを連結し、前記内視鏡挿入部が進退自在に挿通される内視鏡挿通路と、前記内視鏡挿通路の先端側内部に開口した流体給排口を有する流体通路と、を有する筒状体と、
前記流体通路の基端側に接続され、流体を供給及び吸引する流体供給吸引装置と、
前記内視鏡挿入部が前記筒状体の長手軸に沿って基端側に移動する際に、前記内視鏡挿入部の先端を、前記流体給排口の先端側端部よりも基端側となる第1の位置に位置決めする位置決め機構と、
を備える内視鏡用外科手術装置。 - 前記第1の位置は、前記内視鏡挿入部の先端を含む平面が、前記流体給排口と交差する位置である請求項7に記載の内視鏡用外科手術装置。
- 前記流体給排口は、前記内視鏡挿入部の先端を含む平面と交差する長手軸を有する流体通路に設けられている請求項7に記載の内視鏡用外科手術装置。
- 前記位置決め機構は、前記内視鏡挿入部が前記筒状体の長手軸に沿って基端側に移動する際に、前記内視鏡挿入部を前記筒状体に対して係止する係止手段である請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡用外科手術装置。
- 前記係止手段は、前記内視鏡挿入部に設けられた段差と前記筒状体の前記内視鏡挿通路に設けられた突起とからなり、前記段差又は前記突起の少なくとも一方は弾性体である請求項10に記載の内視鏡用外科手術装置。
- 先端に観察窓が配置された内視鏡挿入部を有する内視鏡と、
先端と基端と長手軸とを有する筒状体であって、前記筒状体の先端に設けられた先端開口と、前記筒状体の基端に設けられた基端開口と、前記筒状体の長手軸に沿って設けられ、前記先端開口と前記基端開口とを連結し、前記内視鏡挿入部が進退自在に挿通される内視鏡挿通路と、前記内視鏡挿通路の先端側内部に開口した流体給排口を有する流体通路と、を有する筒状体と、
前記流体通路の基端側に接続され、流体を供給及び吸引する流体供給吸引装置と、を備え、
前記内視鏡挿入部には、前記内視鏡挿入部が前記筒状体の長手軸に沿って基端側に移動する際に、前記内視鏡挿入部の先端を、前記流体給排口の先端側端部よりも基端側となる第1の位置に位置決めする位置決め部が設けられ、
前記流体給排口から前記基端開口までの距離をLとすると、
前記位置決め部は、前記内視鏡挿入部の前記先端から基端側に向かって距離L離れたところに設けられた指標により構成される請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡用外科手術装置。
