Claims (5)
- 棒状のセラミック体と、該セラミック体に埋設された発熱抵抗体と、前記セラミック体の少なくとも一方の端面に設けられて前記発熱抵抗体と電気的に接続された導体層と、前記セラミック体の前記端面側の端部に取り付けられた、前記導体層の少なくとも一部および前記端面を隙間を介して覆うとともに貫通孔を有する金属キャップと、前記貫通孔に挿入されて前記導体層と電気的に接続されたリード端子とを備えており、
該リード端子は、前記貫通孔の貫通方向から見たときに、前記隙間に位置している端部が前記貫通孔よりも外側に位置する部分を有しているヒータ。 - 前記リード端子の前記端部が円盤状に広がっている請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記リード端子の前記端部が前記金属キャップから離れており、前記隙間に前記金属キャップ、前記導体層および前記リード端子の前記端部を接合する導電性の接合剤が設けられている請求項1または2に記載のヒータ。
- 前記リード端子の前記端部が前記導体層から離れている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のヒータ。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のヒータと、前記セラミック体に前記端面側の側面を覆うように取り付けられた筒状の金属部材とを備えたグロープラグ。
