Abstract
Description
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ20×9.5Jのホイールに組み付け、空気圧200kPa、荷重6.6kN、速度280km/hの条件でドラム試験機にて高速耐久性試験を実施し、タイヤに故障が発生するまでの走行距離を測定した。評価結果は、比較例1を100とする指数値にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど高速耐久性が優れていることを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ20×9.5Jのホイールに組み付け、空気圧270kPa、荷重6.6kN、速度280km/hの条件でドラム試験機にて10時間の走行試験を実施した後、吸音材の接着剥がれの有無を目視により確認した。また、耐接着剥がれ性の指標として、上記と同様の走行条件でドラム試験機にて走行試験を実施し、1時間毎に吸音材の接着剥がれの有無を確認し、接着剥がれが生じるまでの走行距離を求めた。耐接着剥がれ性の評価結果は、比較例1を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど耐接着剥がれ性が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (14)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部と、該トレッド部の両側に配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側に配置された一対のビード部とを備え、タイヤ内面の前記トレッド部に対応する領域にタイヤ周方向に沿って接着層を介して帯状の吸音材を接着した空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記一対のビード部間にカーカス層を装架し、前記トレッド部における前記カーカス層の外周側に複数層のベルト層を配置し、前記ベルト層の外周側にタイヤ周方向に配向する脂肪族ポリアミド繊維コードからなる2層以上のベルトカバー層を前記ベルト層の全幅にわたって配置し、前記ベルトカバー層の外周側にタイヤ周方向に配向する脂肪族ポリアミド繊維コードからなる1層以上のベルトエッジカバー層を前記ベルト層の両エッジ部をそれぞれ覆うように配置し、前記ベルトカバー層及び前記ベルトエッジカバー層の外周側にトレッドゴム層を配置すると共に、前記吸音材を前記ベルトエッジカバー層よりもタイヤ幅方向内側に配置し、前記トレッドゴム層の厚さは前記吸音材が設置された範囲では実質的に一定であり、前記トレッドゴム層の前記吸音材端部位置での厚さと前記トレッドゴム層のタイヤ赤道位置での厚さとの差が0.5mm以下であり、前記トレッドゴム層の前記ベルトエッジカバー層が設置された範囲における厚さは前記吸音材が設置された範囲における厚さよりも薄く、前記トレッドゴム層の前記ベルトエッジカバー層が設置された範囲における厚さの最小値と前記トレッドゴム層のタイヤ赤道位置での厚さとの差が1.0mm〜4.0mmであることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルトカバー層をタイヤ周方向に螺旋状に巻回されたストリップ材から構成し、前記ベルトカバー層の少なくともタイヤ幅方向外側部分では前記ストリップ材の隣り合う周回部分の一部を互いに重ね合せてなる重ね巻き構造を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルトカバー層の重ね巻き構造を有する部分のタイヤ赤道側の端部を前記トレッド部に形成された周方向主溝から外れた領域に配置したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルトカバー層及び前記ベルトエッジカバー層は各層の幅50mm当たりのコード打ち込み本数が40本以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルトカバー層又は前記ベルトエッジカバー層が前記ベルト層の各エッジ部からタイヤ幅方向外側へ突出し、そのタイヤ幅方向の突き出し長さが3mm〜7mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層のタイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が22°〜38°であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層が前記カーカス層側から数えて1番目の内側ベルト層と前記カーカス層側から数えて2番目の外側ベルト層とを含み、該外側ベルト層の幅がタイヤ接地幅の95%〜110%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 車両に対する装着向きが指定された空気入りタイヤにおいて、車両内側のタイヤ接地端とタイヤ赤道面との間に第1接地領域を規定し、車両外側のタイヤ接地端とタイヤ赤道面との間に第2接地領域を規定したとき、前記第1接地領域の溝面積比率を前記第2接地領域の溝面積比率よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材はタイヤ周方向に延在する単一の吸音材であり、その長手方向に直交する断面において少なくとも前記接着面に対応する範囲では均一な厚さを有し、その断面形状が長手方向に沿って一定であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- リム組み時にタイヤ内に形成される空洞部の体積に対する前記吸音材の体積の比率が20%よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材の硬さが60N〜170Nであり、前記吸音材の引張り強度が60kPa〜180kPaであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記接着層は両面接着テープからなり、その引き剥がし粘着力が8N/20mm〜40N/20mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材が連続気泡を有する多孔質材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多孔質材料が発泡ポリウレタンであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
