図1を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係るソレノイドバルブ100について説明する。
次に、図4を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係るソレノイドバルブ200について説明する。以下では、第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態と同様の構成には、同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
Claims (8)
- 電磁力に応じてバルブ通路を流れる作動流体の流量を制御するソレノイドバルブであって、
パイロット圧力に応じて移動して前記バルブ通路を流れる作動流体の流量を制御するメインポペットと、
前記電磁力に応じて移動して前記パイロット圧力を調節するサブポペットと、
前記バルブ通路に設けられる環状の第1シート部及び第2シート部と、を備え、
前記メインポペットは、
前記第1シート部に着座して前記第1シート部を閉塞するポペット弁と、
前記第2シート部の内周に摺動自在に設けられるスプール弁と、を有し、
前記スプール弁は、
前記第2シート部の内周面に対して摺動自在な外周面と、
前記外周面に開口し、前記スプール弁の移動に伴い前記第2シート部から露出される面積が変化する絞り部と、を有するソレノイドバルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブであって、
前記第1シート部は、前記第2シート部の下流側に設けられ、
前記スプール弁は、前記第2シート部の内周に摺動自在に設けられる環状部を有し、
前記絞り部は、前記環状部に設けられるソレノイドバルブ。 - 請求項2に記載のソレノイドバルブであって、
前記絞り部は、前記環状部の内周と外周とを連通する貫通孔であるソレノイドバルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブであって、
前記バルブ通路は、
前記第1シート部に着座する前記ポペット弁によって開閉されるメイン通路と、
前記メイン通路から分岐するサブ通路と、を有し、
前記サブ通路には、
作動流体の流れを絞るオリフィスと、
前記オリフィスの下流側に設けられるサブシート部に着座して前記サブ通路を開閉する前記サブポペットと、が設けられ、
前記オリフィスと前記サブシート部との間には、前記パイロット圧力が導かれるパイロット圧室が設けられるソレノイドバルブ。 - 請求項4に記載のソレノイドバルブであって、
前記サブ通路には、前記サブ通路の流出側から流入側への作動流体の逆流を阻止するチェック弁が設けられるソレノイドバルブ。 - 請求項4に記載のソレノイドバルブであって、
前記メインポペット内に摺動自在に介装される圧力補償スリーブをさらに備え、
前記圧力補償スリーブに前記サブシート部が設けられ、
前記圧力補償スリーブと前記メインポペットの間に圧力補償スプリングが介装されるソレノイドバルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブであって、
前記第2シート部の径が前記第1シート部の径と同一に設定されるソレノイドバルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブであって、
前記第2シート部の径が前記第1シート部の径よりも小さく設定されるソレノイドバルブ。
