Description
図1を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係るソレノイドバルブ100について説明する。図1に示されるソレノイドバルブ100は、建設機械や産業機械等に設けられ、図示しない流体圧力源からアクチュエータ(負荷)に供給される作動流体の流量やアクチュエータからタンク等へ排出される作動流体の流量を制御する。
次に、図2を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係るソレノイドバルブ110について説明する。以下では、第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態と同様の構成には、同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
次に、図3を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態に係るソレノイドバルブ120について説明する。以下では、第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態と同様の構成には、同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
Claims (3)
- 第1ポートから第2ポートへ流れる作動流体の流量を制御するソレノイドバルブであって、
前記第1ポートと前記第2ポートとの連通開度を変化させる主弁と、
前記第1ポートから作動流体が導かれ、前記主弁を閉弁方向に付勢する制御圧室と、
前記主弁内に形成され、前記制御圧室と前記第2ポートとを連通させる連通路と、
前記連通路を開閉する副弁と、
供給される電流に応じて前記副弁を変位させるソレノイド部と、
前記制御圧室に連通し、前記副弁を閉弁方向に付勢する背圧室と、
前記背圧室に収容され、前記副弁を閉弁方向に付勢する第1付勢部材と、
前記背圧室内の圧力に応じて前記副弁に作用する前記第1付勢部材の付勢力を変化させる圧力補償部と、
を備え、
前記圧力補償部は、前記背圧室内に移動自在に収容されるピストンと、前記背圧室内の圧力及び前記第1付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前記ピストンを付勢する第2付勢部材と、を有し、
前記第1付勢部材は、前記背圧室内において前記副弁と前記ピストンとの間に圧縮して介装されることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記副弁に作用する前記第1付勢部材の初期荷重を調整する調整部材をさらに備え、
前記第2付勢部材は、前記調整部材と前記ピストンとの間に介装されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記第2付勢部材は、収縮量に応じて付勢力を発揮する部材により形成され、
前記圧力補償部は、前記第2付勢部材の収縮量を規制する規制部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のソレノイドバルブ。
