Claims (10)
- 弁(10)であって、
第1のポート(16)と第2のポート(18)とを有する主チャンバ(14)を含む弁本体(12)と、
主チャンバ内に配置されかつ第1のポートと第2のポートとの間の流体流を制御するために開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能な主ポペット(20)であって、主チャンバ内の制御チャンバ(30)を形成する主ポペットと、
制御チャンバと第2のポートとを連通する第1の通路(50)と、
制御チャンバと第1のポートとを連通する第2の通路(96)と、
第2の通路を通して制御チャンバと第1のポートとの間の流体流を制御するためのパイロットポペット(82)を有するパイロット弁(80)と、
主ポペットとパイロットポペットとの間に結合されて、主ポペットとパイロットポペットとの間の距離に比例して力を提供する第1のばね(90)と、
主ポペット内に配置されかつ第1の通路を介して第2のポートに流体連結された圧力補償器(52)と、
圧力補償器とパイロットポペットとの間に結合されて、圧力補償器とパイロットポペットとの間の距離に比例して力を提供する第2のばね(92)と、
を備える弁。 - 第1の通路が、第2のポートから制御チャンバへの流体流を制限するためのオリフィス(54)を含む、請求項1に記載の弁。
- パイロットポペットが、制御チャンバとアーマチュアチャンバとを流体連通するパイロット通路(130)を含む、請求項1に記載の弁。
- アーマチュアチャンバへのパイロット通路を選択的に開閉するように適合されたニードル弁(136)をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の弁。
- 弁(10)であって、
第1のポート(16)と第2のポート(18)とを有する主チャンバ(14)を含む弁本体(12)と、
主チャンバ内に配置されかつ第1のポートと第2のポートとの間の流体流を制御するために開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能な主ポペット(20)であって、主チャンバ内の制御チャンバ(30)を形成する主ポペットと、
制御チャンバと第2のポートとを連通する第1の通路(50)と、
制御チャンバと第1のポートとを連通する第2の通路(96)と、
制御チャンバと第1のポートとを連通する第3の通路(40)と、
制御チャンバと第2のポートとを連通する第4の通路(102)と、
第2の通路を通して制御チャンバと第1のポートとの間の流体流を制御するためのパイロットポペット(82)を有するパイロット弁(80)と、
主ポペット内に配置されかつ第1の通路を介して第2のポートにまた第3の通路を介して第1のポートに流体連結された圧力補償器(52)と、
圧力補償器とパイロットポペットとの間に結合されて、圧力補償器とパイロットポペットとの間の距離に比例して力を提供するばね(92)と、
を備える弁。 - 第1の通路と第3の通路が、第1の通路及び第3の通路の流体流を制御するための共通のオリフィス(62)を含む、請求項5に記載の弁。
- 共通のオリフィスが、共通のオリフィスにわたる圧力差に応答して第1の通路及び第3の通路を通した制御チャンバへの流体流量を調整するように適合された可変オリフィスである、請求項6に記載の弁。
- 第2の通路が、流体が制御チャンバから第1のポートにのみ流れることを可能にするチェック弁(98)を含み、
第4の通路が、流体が制御チャンバから第2のポートにのみ流れることを可能にするチェック弁(104)を含む、
請求項5に記載の弁。 - 主ポペットが、第1のポートと第2のポートとの間の流体流を選択的に制御するように適合された円錐形の先端(24)を含む、請求項5に記載の弁。
- 油圧システム(222)であって、
加圧流体源(224)と、
タンク(234)と、
第1のチャンバ(250)を有する流体アクチュエータ(216)と、
第1のチャンバとタンクとを選択的に流体連通するように構成された第1の弁(228)と、
加圧流体源と第1のチャンバとを選択的に流体連通するように構成された第2の弁(226)とを備え、第1及び第2の弁の少なくとも一方が請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の弁を含む、
