Claims (5)
- 加圧流体源と流体アクチュエータと比例圧力補償弁(proportional pressure compensating valve)とを有する液圧システム用の弁であり、
流体源と流体アクチュエータとに流体連通するボアと、
ボア内に配置され、かつ流体源を流体アクチュエータに選択的に流体連通させるために流通遮断位置と流通位置との間で移動可能な弁体と、
弁体内に配置され、かつ流体アクチュエータに供給される圧力を示す信号圧力を有する加圧流体と流体連通するように構成された弁信号通路と、
弁体に配置されかつ弁信号通路と流体連通する第1および第2のオリフィスと、
を備える弁であって、
弁信号通路が、信号圧力を第1および第2のオリフィスに連通させるように構成され、
流通遮断位置から流通位置への弁体の移動により、第2のオリフィスの前に、第1のオリフィスがシステム信号通路に流体連通され、弁体が流通位置にあるときに、第1および第2のオリフィスの両方がシステム信号通路に流体連通され、
弁体が流通遮断位置にあるときに、第1のオリフィスがシステム信号通路に流体連通されない弁。 - 第2のオリフィスが、第1のオリフィスよりも大きな信号圧力の流れを通すように構成される請求項1に記載の弁。
- 第2のオリフィスの直径が、第1のオリフィスの直径よりも大きいように構成される請求項2に記載の弁。
- 弁を作動させる方法であって、
流体を加圧するステップと、
加圧された流体を弁に導くステップと、
流通遮断位置と流通位置との間で弁体を移動させて、加圧流体を弁を介して流体アクチュエータに選択的に連通させるステップと、
弁体内に配置された弁信号通路を通して流体アクチュエータに供給される圧力を示す信号圧力を有する加圧流体を導くステップと、
弁体が流通遮断位置から流通位置に移動するときに、加圧流体を、弁体内に配置された第2のオリフィスを通してシステム信号通路に連通させる前に、弁体内に配置された第1のオリフィスを通してシステム信号通路に連通させるステップと、
弁体が流通遮断位置にあるときに、第1のオリフィスをシステム信号通路に流体連通させないステップと、を含む方法。 - 液圧システムであり、
加圧流体源と、
第1のチャンバと第2のチャンバとを有する流体アクチュエータと、
第1および第2のチャンバに供給される流体の圧力を制御するように構成された比例圧力補償弁と、
流体源を第1のチャンバに選択的に流体連通させるように構成された少なくとも1つの弁と、
を備える液圧システムであって、
少なくとも1つの弁が、
流体源と第1のチャンバとに流体連通するボアと、
ボア内に配置され、かつ流体源を流体アクチュエータに選択的に流体連通させるために流通遮断位置と流通位置との間で移動可能な弁体と、
弁体内に配置され、かつ第1のチャンバに供給される圧力を示す信号圧力を有する加圧流体と流体連通するように構成された弁信号通路と、
弁体に配置されかつ弁信号通路と流体連通する第1および第2のオリフィスと、
を有し、
弁信号通路が、信号圧力を第1および第2のオリフィスに連通させるように構成され、
流通遮断位置から流通位置への弁体の移動により、第2のオリフィスの前に、第1のオリフィスがシステム信号通路に流体連通され、弁体が流通位置にあるときに、第1および第2のオリフィスの両方がシステム信号通路に流体連通され、
弁体が流通遮断位置にあるときに、第1のオリフィスがシステム信号通路に流体連通されない液圧システム。
