次に、図3及び図4を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係るソレノイドバルブ200について説明する。以下では、第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態と同様の構成には、同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
Claims (7)
- メインポートからサブポートへ流れる作動流体の流量を制御する一方向流制御弁であって、
前記メインポートと前記サブポートとを連通する主弁と、
前記主弁を閉弁方向に付勢する制御圧室と、
前記メインポートと前記制御圧室とを連通させるメインポート連通路と、
前記サブポートと前記制御圧室とを連通させるサブポート連通路と、
前記メインポート連通路に設けられ、前記メインポートから前記制御圧室への作動流体の流通のみを許容する第1弁体と、
前記サブポート連通路に設けられ、前記サブポートから前記制御圧室への作動流体の流通のみを許容する第2弁体と、
前記制御圧室と前記サブポートとの連通開度を制御するソレノイド部と、
を備えることを特徴とする一方向流制御弁。 - 前記第1弁体と前記第2弁体とは、前記主弁内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一方向流制御弁。
- 前記メインポート連通路と前記サブポート連通路とは、前記主弁内に形成され、
前記第1弁体の中心軸と前記第2弁体の中心軸との少なくとも何れか一方は、前記主弁の中心軸と一致することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の一方向流制御弁。 - 前記第1弁体と前記第2弁体とは、変位方向が同じであり、変位方向に沿って直列配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一つに記載の一方向流制御弁。
- 前記サブポート連通路に設けられ、手動で開弁されることにより前記サブポート連通路を開放する開放弁をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一方向流制御弁。
- 前記第2弁体は、前記開放弁内に設けられ、
前記サブポート連通路は、前記第2弁体の開閉作動に関わらず、前記開放弁が開弁されることによって開放されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の一方向流制御弁。 - 前記制御圧室に連通し、前記第2弁体を閉弁方向へ付勢する圧力室をさらに備え、
前記圧力室には、前記第1弁体が開弁したときに、前記メインポートから作動流体が導かれることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか一つに記載の一方向流制御弁。
