Claims (8)
- 交流信号が印加される端子間に、制御電圧により容量が変化する可変容量素子が複数直列に接続され、上記可変容量素子ごとに抵抗素子を介してバイアス電圧を印加する複数のバイアス印加経路を有する可変容量回路であって、
上記抵抗素子のうち上記交流信号が印加される端子に接続される上記抵抗素子の抵抗値が他の抵抗素子の抵抗値と異なる
可変容量回路。 - 上記交流信号が印加される端子に接続される上記抵抗素子の抵抗値が、上記他の抵抗素子の抵抗値よりも小さい
請求項1に記載の可変容量回路。 - 上記交流信号が印加される端子に接続される上記抵抗素子の抵抗値が、上記他の抵抗素子の抵抗値の1/2以下である
請求項1に記載の可変容量回路。 - 上記交流信号が印加される端子と、上記バイアス印加経路のバイアス電圧が印加される端子との間に、さらに別の抵抗素子を配設する
請求項1に記載の可変容量回路。 - 上記別の抵抗素子が、上記可変容量素子ごとに設けられた上記抵抗素子よりも抵抗値が小さい
