Claims (7)
- カチオンを有する化合物を含む膜を、所定のpKaの電離基を有する化合物を含む物質で被覆処理したイオン電極膜と、
イオン電極膜の第一面の一部もしくは全面が試料に接することができるよう配置されており、該イオン電極膜の第二面の一部もしくは全面と接するように内部溶液を収容する内部溶液収容部と、
該内部溶液収容部内に収容された内部溶液に接するように設けられた電極と、を容器内に配置した陰イオンセンサにおいて、
内部溶液のpHが電離基を有する化合物のpKa以上に調製されていることを特徴とする陰イオンセンサ。
- 請求項1記載の陰イオンセンサにおいて、
陰イオン交換膜の被覆処理は、アミン系化合物でされ、
陰イオンセンサ本体内の内部溶液のpHがpH3.7から11の間のいずれかであることを特徴とする陰イオンセンサ。
- 請求項2に記載の陰イオンセンサにおいて、
内部溶液が、NaClまたはKClとpH緩衝液を含むことを特徴とする陰イオンセンサ。
- 請求項2または3に記載の陰イオンセンサにおいて、
内部溶液中の陰イオンの濃度が1mmol/L以上であることを特徴とする陰イオンセンサ。
- 請求項1に記載の陰イオンセンサにおいて、
内部溶液は、Bis−Tris(Bis(2−hydroxyethyl)iminotris(hydroxymethyl)methane)緩衝液、HEPES(N−2−hydroxyethylpiperazine−N’−2−ethanesulfonic acid)緩衝液、塩化アンモニウム緩衝液、CHES緩衝液、酢酸ナトリウム緩衝液のいずれかでpHを調製することを特徴とする陰イオンセンサ。
- 請求項1記載の陰イオンセンサを搭載する電解質分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の陰イオンセンサを搭載する生化学自動分析装置。
