Claims (8)
- 樹脂を材料とするバレルを用いて無端金属リングを研磨するバレル研磨工程と、洗浄された前記無端金属リングを圧延する圧延工程と、圧延された前記無端金属リングを窒化処理する窒化処理工程を経て、前記無端金属リングを製造する無端金属リングの製造方法において、
前記無端金属リングに付着した前記樹脂を除去する樹脂除去工程を備えること、
を特徴とする無端金属リングの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の無端金属リングの製造方法において、
前記樹脂除去工程は、前記バレル研磨工程の後、前記圧延工程前に備えられていること、
を特徴とする無端金属リングの製造方法。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の無端金属リングの製造方法において、
前記樹脂除去工程は、前記無端金属リングを分解処理液に浸すことで、前記樹脂を除去する工程であること、
を特徴とする無端金属リングの製造方法。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の無端金属リングの製造方法において、
前記樹脂除去工程は、前記無端金属リングの表面に流体を衝突させることで、前記樹脂を除去する工程であること、
を特徴とする無端金属リングの製造方法。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の無端金属リングの製造方法において、
前記樹脂除去工程は、前記無端金属リングを液体に浸し、超音波洗浄を行う工程であること、
を特徴とする無端金属リングの製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載の無端金属リングの製造方法において、
前記樹脂除去工程で、前記無端金属リングを回転させながら洗浄を行う工程であること、
を特徴とする無端金属リングの製造方法。 - 前記無端金属リングを保持して、前記無端金属リングの洗浄を行う無端金属リング樹脂除去装置において、
前記無端金属リングを保持する保持治具と、前記保持治具で前記無端金属リングの周方向に回転させる回転機構と、前記無端金属リングを超音波洗浄する為に液体を満たす洗浄槽と、前記超音波洗浄を行う超音波発生装置と、を備えること、
を特徴とする無端金属リング樹脂除去装置。 - 請求項7に記載の無端金属リング樹脂除去装置において、
前記回転機構によって前記無端金属リングを周方向に回転させながら前記超音波洗浄装置を作動させることで、前記無端金属リングの表面に付着した樹脂を除去すること、
を特徴とする無端金属リング樹脂除去装置。
