Claims (7)
- 基板と、光透過性電極と発光層を含む機能層と対電極とを有する有機発光体と、封止材とを備え、前記有機発光体は前記封止材によって覆われて封止されている有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子であって、
前記光透過性電極に接して配線材によりグリッド状のパターンの補助電極が設けられ、
前記補助電極を構成する前記グリッド状のパターンの交差位置に、前記配線材が設けられていない光透過可能部を有し、
前記機能層の前記補助電極側の表面には、平面視において前記補助電極と重複する位置に絶縁膜が設けられていることを特徴とする、有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。 - 前記光透過可能部は、前記交差位置において前記配線材が離間していることにより形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記補助電極は、前記交差位置において、前記配線材が繋がって前記交差位置を通過する配線連続部を有し、
前記配線連続部は、前記交差位置において屈曲形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。 - 前記補助電極は、前記交差位置において、前記配線材が繋がって前記交差位置を通過する配線連続部を有し、
前記配線連続部は、前記交差位置において略直線形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。 - 前記補助電極は、前記光透過性電極の前記機能層側とは反対側の表面に接するように形成されており、側面が傾斜面となっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記交差位置又はその近傍において、前記配線材間を接続する接続配線が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子を備えた照明装置。
